How can they not have Axis Silver registered in the DSO Authority? Not giving NOC after is paid, signatory never in office.

This is the worst company in the uae, i hope all the people not do the business with them, everytime email not reply, everytime want talk with them they feel too busy from morning 9am-5pm whole day in meeting, even no time for rest, u cant get them, the mananger the staff all same, all the time said will give u call back, but they never call you back even after 1 week!
this company properties change the design, change the materials not inform our clients, this company also act shamelessly in front of customers, the company promise to our clients and after that said we can't, very interesting company, feel in this world only ggico is available

This not called GGICO Properties it is GGICO only which has different department the Engineering, Facilities and Real Estate.

The worst real estate company. The management & staffs are never bothered about the company reputation while dealing with the clients.

Very bad service, I took one apartment in Sharjah they just took the cheques and no one following up regarding preparing the apartment to be ready to a human living!
