Gharana Indian Restaurant

Last evening we visited the restaurant and i can say it was well spent. The food was good and so was the service. The gentlemen taking care of our table Ashish and Navin were extrmely proactive and very humble. The cherry on the cake was the live singing.the singers were awesome.

The place is awesome if you want to have a great time with indian live music.

They take requests and the musicians are really talented.

Our host Mr. Naveen was great at suggesting the menu and the dishes for both non veg and veg customers. The good was good and I would recommend it to the audience.

We had a fantastic time at Gharana restaurant. Their staff is so attentive specially Jyoti who serves us. She js professional in providing us prompt services. Addition to this the live music sets the ambiance to another level.overall we enjoyed dinning and music there. Definitely recommended

Delicious food and impeccable service at this restaurant. It has been a while since I've had Indian food made with an almost masterful blend of spices. The staff was quite attentive and friendly, and from their initial greeting to the time I left, they took marvelous care of me. I would wholeheartedly recommend Gharana to anyone looking for a quality Indian meal.

Very nice Indian restaurant. Prices are a bit on the higher side but worth it. The food was nice and delicious. There was live music and you can request your choice of songs as well. The ambience was great, the food was great, and the service was good. Worth a place to visit.

My entire stars goes to the live band which performs especially the male singer…. They do allow to take your song requests…. Its because of the live music the ambience of the place is nice. Food is mediocre

Nice ambience with live music which is perfect for a family. The singers take requests too! The team comprising of Ashish & Naveen were very welcoming. The food portion size was good, however slightly chewy (for chicken dishes) and cold/hard (for dessert like Malpua Rabri). Will definitely visit again?

I emailed the restaurant and to this day still haven’t got a response! Wanted to book a table for when the singers came on. I ended up walking in at 7pm and were informed that the singers came on at 8pm, so ordered food and the starters and main came out together. Popadams were stale and stuck in your teeth and poor food choices.food wasn’t that great either - ordered paneer and dal makhni.left after 40 min. Poor service - starters and main coming out together and ordered one starter and one main and paid 185 aed- if it tasted great I wouldn’t have minded.

It was a really great experience with Gharana. The ambience, the food, the staff everything was just wow. The food is delicious, people missing Indian Cuisine here should definitely try this. They had good vegetarian food options and made Special Gravy on my Request. The staff is polite and friendly. Totally worth it.

We visited the restaurant on a Tuesday. Karaoke night. The food was good. Great service by Neeta. Really enjoyed the Karaoke session. The live singers were really good! Enjoyed listening to them the most. Really melodious and soothing voices. Both male and female.

It was a pleasant experience, the food was good, the staffs were very helpful and the musician did their best! The only thing that needs to be brought to the management's attention is the prices of the drinks, they have to reduce it! They are extremely expensive! Times have changed you can't be charging such high prices anymore, think it over.

If you like raw food go to this place.it specializes in uncooked food.taste is zero.and awadhi chicken tikka peices were XXXL size and uncooked.kadai paneer was tasteless and smelled like rotten food.the service staff was very good and helpful.can't say the same about the manager.he was hiding.total waste of money

If you like Indian, there's nothing else that can get more Indian than Gharana Restaurant in Dubai. The ambiance would remind you of India. The staff would remind you of India. The food would remind you of India. A live singing band inside, singing to the tunes of Kishore Da, and old bollywood classic, would remind you of India. The food is amazing too:)

Poor experience. Very pricey food, no taste. I've eaten 100 tines better food at 1/4 th the price. No ambience also, just an old and over hyped restaurant. Only saviour was probably the live music. Very very obnoxious pricing. 2 main courses and 2 starters costed me around 300 aed. Better spend this money at place like tresind AVOID THIS SHADY PLACE

Yesterday me and family went to a restaurent called gharana.
The staff over their were very caring and hardworking.
There was a Serene enviorment.
We ordered soup for appetizers a music band started a stage perfomance and sang a few songs.
Then are appetizers came which was nice.we ordered some main course and some juices.
After eating are main course and drinking juice which was delectable.
We ordered chocolate marshmallow and some ice-cream after which I was having a sweet tooth.
We saw that it was becoming dark outside so we left the restaurent.overall the experience was mind boggling and the restaurent was exquisite.
We felt that is was worth the money.

Loved it! Well crafted menu! North Indian delicious! DAL Gharana is must try!

Shall return to try more!

Ordered dhungar laal maas, it was the worst order I ever ate in Dubai.mutton was poorly cooked with thick layer of fat undercooked making the meat feel like a chewing gum.the gravy had a bitter after taste of melted chilly, laal Maas gravy was so over cooked that whole red chilies which are an integral part of laal Maas had disintegrated completely clearly the gravy was must have cooked days before and boiled mutton mixed together.absolutely my worst experience with food in Dubai top of that my roots are from Rajasthan.the laal Maas from here was quite a shame.poor standard of food definitely not an IHG brand standard.

Me and my spouse were here on Thursday, just happened to walked in and lucky enough to get a table right infront of Ghazal Singer Raza Khan who created the whole atmosphere with his soulful voice. The selection of food was the best and can give you hard time in choosing the one. Our host dinesh did everything he could. The the amazing taste gave enough reasons to enjoy the experience.

Gharana truly stands by its name offering Punjabi, Jaipuri, Lukhnawi, Hydrabadi Gharana dishes. Being vegetarian, we were wondering if we had enough options but menu had equal varieties as non vegetarian. Starters were super tasty. We tried veg platter and able to taste almost all starters. Highly recommended.
Veg gravies in main course did equal contribution to ignite our taste buds that we did not spare space to consume deserts.
Head Chef Mr. Anmol made a point to visit our table to make sure that we are enjoying his creations and asking each of us about the taste of all the food being served to us.
Restaurant offers alcohol & liquor with live music.

Very very tasty food with nice live music. Just the music was a bit loud so hard to talk. I wish they reduce the volume. Had amazing kebab and dal and some bread. A bit expensive as it’s in the hotel. 15AED for a nan.
