I had a great positive experience with GIA! We were served by the waitor Vinod, he was polite, Friendly nice and attentive, he expressed his appreciation for us to dine in.

Love to come here, the food is excellent, good atmosphere, not too loud and service always perfect. The waiter Naseer is especially exceptional, he really makes the difference in experience here, can’t compare to other waiters I have spoke with in Gia.

Favorite place in Dubai Mall! Excellent Italian cuisine, especially homemade handmade pasta. The service is beyond praise, the waiter Vinod is very courteous. After a long shopping trip, this is what you need to come back to your senses and renew your strength. And on the terrace you can watch the famous fountain show

It is a restaurant that replicates Italian cuisine, the food is very good, the soft drinks available are spectacular and very good, I recommend them all. It also has a terrace overlooking the fountains for the dancing fountain show from 6pm to 10pm!

We had a lovely evening at GIA. Food was great. Staff were friendly & attentive.

Great staff I liked the shop very much and I tried for the first time Manila tea this is the best drink I drank in Dubai it is very tasty and the shop is beautiful and overlooking the dancing fountain and the staff are amazing they dealt with me in a professional way and I liked the place very much and I recommend everyone to try it and thank you Sufyan for your wonderful dealing and thank you Abdul Wahid for the beautiful service.

I was working there as a steward just for a 20 days and I really don’t like how chefs and waiters look us in the low level. And don’t respect us. And calling us bad words. And they should allow Muslim employees to pray and give them just 15 minutes break at prayer time. Because remember that your working in the Muslim country and you should respect our religion. Your restaurant is just popular for a name sake but try to respect each other’s. I hope the restaurant owner will read this. Don’t ever look other people down. And one day they gonna be rich and you gonna go down. This is my own sadness so I wanted to post here.

Came here for our first anniversary dinner and the staff made it feel very special! Amrit here made sure we were comfortable and also got us a special tiramisu cake. Amazing views from the restaurant.

The ambience was elegant, the food was so good too and our server Amrit was great! We had a really good time.

To sum up the experience: food was amazing and the cocktails here… Something I’ve never seen! The view, we had an opportunity to enjoy during the dinner, was spectacular and thank U for pleasant and welcoming staff for finding us a table outside even though it was crowded! Special thanks to our waiter Amrit who made this experience even more memorable with his honest recommendations and kind service!

Very good service from Amrad, from bringing us to the seat, proactively introducing the menu to us, and the food is pretty good here as well, not to mention he also accommodate with our special needs.

Very nice place with various seating. We enjoyed the balcony seating and enjoyed the eater show. Food is delicious and tasty. Service is excellent. Staff was smiling and very accommodating especially Armed.

Celebrate my birthday here, had squid ink risotto and sea food pasta. The food was quite nice. Love the service here, people are so warm in the restaurant. Abhi and Arnhie served the food for us. It was lovely experience here.

I want to humbly thank Amrit for amazing service and introducing me to this special tea “malena”. We had wonderful time

This evening my partner and I dined at Gia for the first time. Service was swift and friendly. Food came out quick, hot and well presented. The Avo Stratettella Salad was excellent, slightly on the unseasoned side though.

Our mains were the Seafood Linguini and the Calamarata which were average to be honest. I had to add a good amount of Chilli oil and Parmesan to make the dish raise a level in taste.

However, the end of our dinner was concluded by an phenomenal Cheesecake which was fluffy with cream, crisp with layers of filo pastry, surrounded by crushed lotus biscuit and topped with a subtle warm caramel sauce.

Came for dinner with my friends from the UK, the ambiance is very calm and the staff are very friendly, our server Ace and Abhi were very kind and attentive. We ordered a lasagna, pizza and pasta, all the dishes were very nice. The service was lovely. Would definitely recommend for good Italian food.

My absolute favourite! Must visit. The food is yummy and the staff are delightful. Clara the GM is so welcoming you really feel like at home.

Really nice addition to the extended area of the fashion avenue in the Mall. Love how the menu consists of different varieties of each segment with great choices. Their Margherita pizza is a nice simple order and full of flavor. Abit oily but still good. And my favorite is the big Parmigiani cheese on a trolly brought right to your table and served in a nice delightful way

الموظفين فالاستقبال بشوشين، ولكن الاكل ماكان بالمستوى المطلوب مقارنه بالقيمه المدفوعه، الريزوتو كان مالح ونكهة الماجي بارزه بشكل كبير، ابدا ما استمتعت بالطعم ولا حسيت بنكهه مميزه حتى ماقدرت اكل منه الا اقل من الربع،، اما المقبلات البحريه فكانت لذيذه وغير مبالغ بطبخها، موهيتو البلاك بيري ابدا ماحبيته وطعمه كان شرا الدوا وطلبت منهم يغيرونه لنكهة الفراوله (غيروه ولكن ماوصلني الا بعد مادفعت الفاتوره ف خذيته تيك اوي) وكان طعمه مقبول ،، اللازانيا ماجربتها ولكن كان تقيمهم ان الطعم عادي،، كانت تجربه سيئه وماتوقع اعيدها،، بيكون حلو لو الشيف او ع الاقل الموظفين يسألون الزبائن عن رأيهم بالاطباق،.

The main courses are delicious, but I don’t remember what I used to order.
We were served by Angie, a lovely waitress and nice. Also one of the waiters sang La Vie en Rose which was a bit funny because he was trying his best.
Anyhow, today we had desserts, tiramisu and profiteroles Nutella and nocciole. The tiramisu and the profiteroles are good when mixed either each other; creating a perfect combination. However, when they are spectated or when you order only one of them, I wouldn’t say it’s the best because the tiramisu had too much cream whilst the profiteroles had excessive chocolate.

The pasta with the cheese wheel is a must to try. Don’t miss it. The outside view is really nice. The prices are a bit high.

Nice outdoor seating in front of the fountain, however, pizza, pasta, risotto, calamari, meat balls & burrata salad are very poor & doesn’t has the Italian flavor. The only thing I liked here is the mushroom soup.

Very bad experience
Long time to serve the food our order was breakfast lunch time came and still we did not receive the order people came after us and they receive there order before us

Portion were normal but not filling. Does not taste like a good italian place. The service is quite bad and some even rude. We got no bread, had to ask for tissues, the tables are small. Waited a long time to be served food. They didnt want to give us a table outside although they were a few available outside. Even heard a waitress (I believe the receptionist or manager) saying ‘finally no more reservations’. I mean.thanks to the clients she has her job!

Love their truffle lasagna, order this every time when I was here.by the way, their Oliver bread is also so amazing
