Hi, have ordered maybe 4 times in last 8 months. All gifts vry nice, cake was also nice one. Just had some issue with the Teddy Bear 1st time purchased but after informed to store it was replaced with the new one. It happens some times. All Gifts are nice and it gave lot of happiness

It was kind of last minute order and they were kind enough to do the delivery on the same day so 1 star for that.
Otherwise, utter disappointment as the product delivered was damaged and someone attempted to stitch it together and done an extremely poor job. It was cause of embarrassment for me when the receiver of the gift shared the photo of a ripped teddy bear. You will be better off paying a bit extra elsewhere and getting a new product.

Cheaters disguised as gift shop with online shopping and delivery.

Not responding to whatsApp or attending calls to check on a delivery which was to be made yesterday. DO NOT BUT FROM THEM. Once you confront them about their lying, they stop responding and vanish. Lost 345AED. I am not in UAE and paid online for the gift to be delivered to my brother on his birthday and also he is going through a break up this years Valentine, hence the big gift. So that 345AED is gone forever. Never do business with these crooks if you can't go to their shop and confront them. Couple of previous reviews had them being non responsive but I thought that it's just few old ones and they might have improved. But big NO! They didn't even deliver my order. In fact they are getting worse.

I hope at least you respond here on this review, so I can know that you're alive and that you're just another shady business to avoid in future for everyone who sees this.

They had really great customer service and worked with me overseas. I would message them at weird hours for my inquiries and they were still very nice about it. I was able to add on a gift to the package they had on their website and it made my hubby really happy. Him and his friends said their cake was really tasty. I usually never leave reviews, but these people actually did a great job. I would recommend them.

This is the first time editing/adding on to a review. I used their service for the first time when I was overseas. When I reached UAE, I figured I'll use them again cuz it was good service. I called them for a birthday delivery and they said they were too busy that day. Fine. Then I tried them again for the past valentine's day. I've never been so disappointed in a service. I ordered what I needed a week in advance. They told me they couldn't do the basket I wanted in the price range I wanted, even though they were using store-bought nuts and snacks (ex. Baya nuts). Again this was fine. I paid the extra money they wanted, ordered a mixed nut jar along with other items. I messaged them a few days prior, to see if I can get a preview of what they were making. They said they were too busy and will only make the baskets the night before. I thought that was a bit crazy but I waited until the night of. I messaged them on whatsapp and this lady told me how they didn't have the red or pink or white (valentines day colours) basket I wanted since they were out of stock and they only had this ugly orange basket for me. I was shocked at this point because I ordered this a week ago and they had agreed to it! If they didn't have it in stock, they should have went and got it! Then when she finally messaged me pics of the basket, at 2: 30 in the morning, it wasn't the snacks I requested. So I told her so. She said we can cancel the order if I please cuz she has other customers. WHAT? ! What sort of customer service do this? Offer to cancel your order the night before? I told them to change the stuff they had and put the stuff I requested. I had told them at the time of the order (a week ago), that I wanted the items delivered to an office during office hours. They delivered the ugly orange basket with all the stuff THEY wanted at 9 pm. Since the office was closed and person was at home by then, I told them to deliver it to the house. The delivery guy said if the company had told him there was a time on it, he would have delivered it there at that time. I tried calling them a few days after to see if they can rectify the situation. This nice guy named Ahmed said he'll see what happened and get back to me. Then when I called back this other Ahmed answered and said he'll call me back. No one ever did. I'm shocked at the horrible service and them threatening to cancel my order last minute. They're not equipped for big occasions like valentines day. I would recommend you use someone else.

To the reply the company gave at the bottom, no I didn't make any changes to my order last minute. You did. You wanted to change things up the night before, and showed me horrible options, like orange for valentines. My order was done over a week before. You should have gathered materials of you didn't have any. Your fault. And when I called to see if there was any way to rectify the situating a few days after, you gave me the run around. Lol what a horrible company. Never using you guys again.

Great service, and always available to help if you're facing issues on their web. They can customize your gift whatever way you need.
And best of all, they're always on time in delivering the gift.

Do not order here. If you have to go out and get the cake yourself do it. The never reach on agreed time. The cake is the one you get in local supermarket for 50dhs. Better to get cake from Carrefour. You order cake with 6 balloons, they will give 4 pieces. Then after giving them feedback, you will be told “ Dear if you didn’t like you should not have received it”
DONT DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONAL WANNABES, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I ordered a Ruman cake for my brother’s birthday, and they delivered Red Velvet cake which was much cheaper in price than Ruman cake. When my brother sent me the pictures of the cake, I was shocked to see a totally different cake. I live in US and there is no way I could talk to someone from their office. I went on their website to chat but I saw nobody online. That’s Extremely bad service, how they cheat people. They are very expensive too. Stay away from them.

Have asked to make a pencil sketch based on photo.
They have made the sketch based on an app which automatically draws a pencil sketch and made a copy out of that. Does not look like the photo at all and can not give this as a gift. Do never pay for a service like that, better you make a free pencil sketch yourself through the apps. Shamless. I can not post this without giving one star but I would have not given any star if I could. You have first used an app to make a copy (which does not look like the picture) and from that you copy you have made a pencil sketch.

It was my second transaction with Gifts Habibi and as always they give me an excellent customer service, from the moment I place my order until t'was delivered. I abruptly need some changes with the address and the time of delivery but they didn't hesitate to accommodate my request even though the deliveryman was just few minutes away arriving the location. Also, their products won't disappoint you since they made sure its high quality and original. Highly recommended company. More power!
