Lovely restaurant, was served by Joseph, Donna and Lillian. Delicious food and warm staff. Great place to relax in between flights.

Friday morning @ 0800hrs. Atmosphere was lively.
Food was nice - hash brown was hot off the stove; avocado & poached eggs were good.

A tad expensive but overall enjoyed the bfast.

Restaurant giraffe terminal 3 had a good ambiance staff very accommodating, excellence service us ussual I read all reviews and I try to dine here it's very nice and overwhelming thanks to Jerimie who give us excellent service.

Been dining here for almost how many year's and still I really love it. Specially the ambiance is so comf'table, the staff was so friendly specially the one who made the coffee for me Maricar, thanks a lot everyone.

Had a fantastic experience in giraffe in the airport. Joseph was great and we had fantastic service.

JUST I VISITED DUBAI FOR VACATION AND TRY TO VISIT THIS RES. IN GIRAFFE TERM 3 JUST BACK HOME I REALLY APPRECIATE THE EFFORT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THIS GIRL Jerimie she's very friendly and very accommodating server I would visit again.

Where do I begin?

Asked for a bigger table, the waiter refused and was being arrogant.

Then the food was disappointing with oil in the hashbrown, veggie sausages tasting like sandpaper and the bread over done. One of the worst breakfasts I've ever had in my life!

Would not recommend and will never be back!

The pizza soo bad.not fresh
I saw the post about having ston pizza but when I order it.its soo hard not fresh.
I use knife to cut it hardly like cutting biscuits

It's was not up to standard what the prices in menu, my waiter was nice I ask j how long he working, he said give years, our order was not served at once, three orders serve in 10 to 15 Gap, but good experience

Before our departure to Karachi Airport while we were waititng for our flight we had ample of time so we fianlly decided to grab lunch. It looks most attractive due to the vibrant colors they used. The name "giraffe" alos looks unusual so we spent some time there as the interior of the restaurant was funky, full of vibrant colors like orange, yellow, red and green that really attract us to do lucn there and ordered some snacks in lunch. The waitress was very attentive, she take us order promptly and also give us suggestion about what is their most special items in the lunch. We ordered grilled chicken burgers with fresh juice that served with onion rings. The presentation of the food was superb. The juice presented giraffe picture in orange color. The food was succulent & tasty and ingredients used in the preparation were fresh. They really provide good quality food. The service was prompt. The price was quite afforable as per Dubai in Dirhams.

Tolle Location um eine kleine Pause einzulegen. Ein absoluter Knaller ist der Rosenwasser Cappuccino. Auch wenn Flughafen-Gastro üblicherweise recht teuer sind, kann man die Preise auch bei Essen hier sich gut leisten. Erwähnenswert ist auch das freundliche Personal, welches sich auch gerne Zeit für Erklärungen nimmt.

Food is ok overall but not up to the pricy menu. Service is terrible. Waiter forgot to punch my appetiser, took 10 minutes to get a spoon and then got a plastic one saying that spoons are being washed. And they keep saying sorry because it’s busy! Well operating at DXB is definitely going to be busy! That not a surprise. Won’t be back

Quite possibly the worst bowl of Japanese Ramen I’ve ever had. No thought into it what so ever, might as well go home and buy a pack at the store.it would actually have flavor. Variety of appetizers are basic frozen foods from the grocery store and not the good kind. I don’t recommend eating here, just go next door to the sports pub. There’s a reason this place seems perpetually empty.

Service was fine, food was sent back because eggs and steak were not cooked per order. Really sad and time wasted when waiter had to get permission to return plate. Rare and over easy not in chef's repertoire.
