Please don't go to this hospital. They took my money for the appointment and never give me back.i call them many times but they didn't do anything.
If it's a good hospital they will not take money from people like that.not professional

لديهم خدمة استقبال ممتازة وكذلك الموظفات ودودات وخدمة صف السيارات ممتازة
للاسف وقت الانتظار طويل الدخول لدى الدكتورة
وصعب خاصة للاشخاص الذين يعانون من اصابات في الظهر
لا توجد خصوصية في اخذ البيانات المرضية حيث تاخذ الممرضة المعلومات على الملأ وبالقرب من المراجعين الاخرين
والاسعار بالنسبة للعمليات كبيرا جدا جدا

The staff are all approachable, and respectful.
You can feel the love and care from all the staff working here.

يغيرون هم المواعيد عادي احترمهم و امشي ع رايهم … انا اطلب اغير موعد لا ما يمشي بسهوله كم اتصال عشان اغير موعد و دافعه مبلغ و قدره …. أخر الزياره

انصح الكل بهذي العيادة شغلهم روعة مكان مرتب و دكاترة شاطرين و معاملة ولا أروع
I have been visiting this clinic for so long. All the doctors are artists, their work is on point, amazing team very professional and organized. High class really in everything and they care for real about patients

I have never seen a worse clinic in Dubai than this one, customer service is horrible, the staff is unprofessional and non organized at all, they will never give you your money
back incase you cancelled.
Especially that the staff is changing every while no one will be able to keep up with you and that also shows the unproffisionality of the whole management.
I do not recommend this clinic

I have best treatment experience with glamour care clinics. I love this place. Please try it once believe me you will be happy and satisfied with the treatment.

من احسن العيادات من كل نواحي دكتورة غادة للبشرة لا يعلى عليها ودلال احسن شخص من ناحية لليزر وتنظف البشرة جدا شاطرة وتعمل شغلها بضمير احب اشكرهم كثير دكتورة غادة ودلال

DON’T DEAL WITH THIS CLINIC! I had a very bad experience with Glamour Clinic. I have paid them a deposit for a surgical appointment i then changed my mind and requested a refund. As agreed that they will take their cancelation fees which was 700 aed, and return the remaining amount which is 4300 aed. 2 weeks of me going back and forth and calling them they just make false promises! At the end they gave me a cheque they didn’t want to give me my cash which i paid the deposit in cash. I took the cheque to the bank and they said this can’t be cashed it can only be deposited and the clinic already know that i am not local i'm a visitor. I called them again and explained that i can’t get the cheque cashed they say we will check and get back to you, 5 days later i contact them they say we are waiting for the Manager approval. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! If someone have to travel they would never refund you they just want to keep you waiting until you give up on your money. I just don’t want anyone to go through what we went through!

I m in Dubai since 2016 and i worked in the big names clinics here, but honestly this is far away the best place to work and to be a patient. WE really care about patients and we add a luxury style to your life.

My experience with Glamour was and is still brilliant, service and staff are really well organised, hospitality is great.
I feel special every time i walk in there.

The clinic staffs and the doctors are very friendly and absolutely dedicated towards patients comfort and needs. They treat their clients with respect. Very professional and well-trained.

اسوء عيادة تعامل صفر مع الزباين بس بياخدو الفلوس بيبطلو يردو و يتواصلو و نصابين صارلي اكتر من ٥ اشهر بتصل ما بيردوش لما قررت الغي العملية اخدولي اكتر من نص المبلغ مع انو حتى موعد العملية مش محدد

Valet parking, on time, staff was extremely friendly, amazing facial, got blood pressure taken, free consultation, complimentary drink before the facial.

The worst service i've experience in any clinic in dubai.

I am not a person that would usually write a review. However, this clinic has upset me to the point im actually writing one.

I came to this clinic more than 4 times in the past two years. Every single time I went they were late. Today, i visited them, with an appointment scheduled at 12;30pm.i called to inform them i was goin gto be a few minutes late and that i had no time to wait because i have an appointment at 1: 15 elsewhere.i arrived at 12: 39 exactly waited until 1: 10 with the doctor still not showing up.the staff told me it is the client that was booked before me.i left with the doctor not even showing up.
Additionally, the staff were unaccomodating and some of them even had an attitude problem.

Additionally, a friend and i were informed that we were going to get juvederm injections only to see a different product on the waiver form.

For the prices they are charging their clients, the service should be the best possible. I 100% sure that for the same price in different clinics you can get MUCH BETTER SERVICE and honesty and respect.

I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.go at your own risk.

سعيده جدا باختياري لغلامور كير. الدكاتره و التيم كامل وايد بروفيشنال. سرت لوايد دكاتره بس ما ارتحت الهم كثر ما ارتحت للدكتوره ان ماريه. تهتم بالتفاصيل و تهتم بالمريض بكل خطوه. قبل و بعد الجراحه.
