One of the worst customer service. Had called the company representative for corporate group booking for which she sent 3 page of form to fill. I tried but it had lot of unwanted questions then i ignored it, instead i asked her to send any one of the company representative to have meeting with our directors, but she has replied " We’d like to invite you to discuss this brief here at our office. Our director, Andrea, can meet you today if you like"
i am not a walk in customer to come to your feet, If you want business go to client location if not forget it. There are thousands of better rated companies in Dubai.
