I have very bad experience with this company, they are very irresponsible, we have loaded the goods more than 2 months, still they not inform us, when i contact them, every day they are lying and doing today tomorrow,

If there was an option for zero star, I would've choose it.
Extremely very bad service, and not trusted company.
I am not sure how more than 1.5 months delay shipment is normal for them.they did not even make the effort to inform me, they decided to wait to the last minute to inform "guess why, because I followed up".
That being said, I do not recommend to deal with them at all.

HIGH EXPENSIVE CHARGES.
COMPANY, WANT TO DELAY SHIPMENT TO GET THE STORAGE.
No professional work.
Only want to delay shipment to get storage charges.

Globelink team is reliable, and looks out for their customers best intentions.
They have the expertise and the know -how to excel.

They’re a sneaky bunch. I tried to do a collection, only to be told it wasn’t ready yet. Then when I came back they charged me a couple of hundred for storage fees, for not collecting it in time! And of course they wouldn’t budge - they just hold your cargo ransom until you pay for their trickery. Just pay the extra for a reputable company - it’s like using a budget airline, they’ll sting you with sneaky fees and it ends up being just as expensive (and you’ll lose a few hours of your time doing the admin too).
