Extremely Disappointing Experience with Go Sports

I recently made a purchase from Go Sports on December 31st, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Despite several attempts to obtain information about the status of my order, I have not received any updates.

Attempts to contact their customer service have proven futile, as my calls remain unanswered, and emails sent to their support team have gone unacknowledged. Even their chat support seems to be non-responsive. This lack of communication has left me in the dark regarding the whereabouts of my purchased product, and it's incredibly disheartening.

The absence of customer support and communication raises serious concerns about the reliability and professionalism of Go Sports. As a consumer, I feel neglected and disappointed in the level of service provided. I strongly advise against making any purchases from this company until they address these issues and improve their customer support. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of Go Sports, and I regret choosing them for my purchase.

Disappointed with their online store. Order cancelled twice in 2 months. Each time, this was after a long delay. Each time, I did not receive a response to my update inquiries in their contact option. I will not utilize their online store anymore.

Went here for the cycling products. We didn't find what we were looking for: Oakley cycling bibs. Only Oakley jerseys were there.

Numerous options for other sports.

All the sports equipment you can think of is present in this place, I got Asics gym shoes plus a football shoe for my son, and the staff was very good at finding the exact size.

Don’t buy online and expect the return process to be easy.
I have emailed numerous times to ask how I can go about exchanging a pair of trainers. No one answers emails. I ended up going to Dubai Mall to be told you can only exchange at MOE.

For the sports lovers and their spouses too. Whether for tennis, boxing, swimming or just plain running you find the shoes, apparel, accessories and equipment. Aerobic or weight training you find it all. Those not willing to strain themselves can relax in the loungeware, slippers to comfortable clothes. The staff are extremely helpful and welcome you with a smile. Lovely shopping here. Certainly recommended

Very good selection of women’s sportswear. Though I wasn’t appreciative of the fact that I was looking at shoes for a good 10 minutes and no staff bothered to help or even be seen… yet they were huddled chatting hear the entrance

Incredible. I was waiting to pay and for an unknown reason the Philippina asked the 2 ladies in the queue behind me to pay instead of me. Very unfriendly employees who could not answer my questions to a product. I went to Decathlon downstairs. Very good and friendly people. Go sports, no, never again.

OMG! I am blown away by what happened today with my Son.so my son who is 13 along with his friends went to dubai mall to watch a movie and after that they were hanging around at various sports shops during which time my son lost his apple airpods.he didn't realise that he had lost them until he came back and sat in the car and we drove away.as soon as he realised he started to panic because he could locate his airpods in dubai mall somewhere so he recollected where he had gone. Now we started calling the shops individually as well as the dubai mall lost and found department as well everyone was super cooperative and reassured us that if they find the airpods they will contact us however we went back to dubai mall and started to visit each shop where my son had gone earlier our last shop was GoSport.remind you that we had called there earlier as well and they had reassured us that they will do their best in locating the airpods.to our surprise the security guard at the shop asked us to wait and after 10 mins he came back with the airpods but first he confirmed whether those were my sons or someone's else's by checking the number and everything and after making sure that it was his airpod and taking our emirates ID picture he handed over the airpods to my son. I must say nowhere in the world can this happen that a thing size of a finger lost in the world's largest shopping mall and yet be found within 2 hrs.commendable the staff at GoSport were extra helpful and cooperative specially tje security guard whose name I forgot to take (my bad) but thanku brother.u saved the day.thanku GoSport.hats off to this wonderful city where even a needle if lost there us always hope of finding it

I had gone to Go Sports Dubai mall for giving my tennis racquets strings & kids swimming outfits. Very good service & all staff are very friendly

Very poor service! When we went today at 10 pm no one there to look after us then we went counter! She told us some one to come to help but no one come then we left! Sorry to say I’m also from hospitality but but I saw first time like your service dubai mall outlet

Yesterday I went to dubai mall go sports, I was looking addidas shoes, but no one is the shoes section I asked one staff he don't reply, after then I come back, I didn't see like this service my life any where, thanks for great me like this,

Spoke with Chandan in the Footwear department. He was extremely helpful and explained the type of running shoes I should get based on my weight, height and pain issues. Very patient and helpful.

All in one store! I found everything I was looking for in here. This store holds lots of brands and all kinds of sports wear & equipment.

Absolutely huge collection of sporting items and fitness gear. Especially their tennis section. They have all the name brands and fairly attractive prices as well.

Usually they are friendly when u visit them in the store. But dare you if u call. They pick up and hang on u before u say a word. The explanation: staff is busy. They r only friendly because they must and honestly.shame on staff and management

Take care guys, They have the highest prices in the market beside they don't provide refund they exchange or give you credit notes so take care guys the average over price is 50 AED

What an amazing place to shop brand things, nike, Adidas, puma, and more brans you will get evrthing you want so waht is wating for go and check it, you can pay checks and credit cards, dubai mall 3rd flour around Adidas store

Good, you will find there exceptional sports tools but the prices are a little bit above average
