Godavari Andhra Restaurant

We chose to have unlimited veg thali but served one with very limited items in it. They don't serve wholeheartedly if you ask for anything more. Food was ok and not as per expectations as there are a lot of better andhra meal options in Dubai. Will not recommend this place. Lastly, the quality of rice used was not at all good.

If you really want to taste authentic Andhra style food then you have to go to Godavari. I never expected this good Andhra food in Dubai. It’s better then what I tasted in India.

You can also try their chilli chicken, fried fish and the chicken65 - must try (The chilli chicken goes really well with the biryani)

Portion size is average and that’s the only reason I am rating it 4 star.

We ordered the Non veg thali weekend special, they charged around the 40 AED.service people in the restaurant special attitude towards customer - irritating the customer much as possible.
Not worth for 40 AED The meal.
Kind request to the management is please improve the hospitality in customers service.

I reckon this place is one of the most Authentic Andhra restaurants i have visited in a while. I highly recommend any food lover to visit this place. I would like to thank everyone at the restaurant for the service and food they provided over the last fortnights. If i ever visit Dubai again, i will definitely visit again and again.

Below average service, extremely over priced meals (considering the items). Most of the curries in the meals were over salty. Not the best andhra food i have had so far. I am not very impressed.

I have ordered chicken meals at 01: 30 PM now time is 04: 30 PM. They said they have sent meals Parcell at 02: 00 PM.still now we are waiting for food. When we try to reach them in WhatsApp about delivery they simple ignore our messages. Waste service ever.

I tasted authentic andhra food after so many years. Excellent taste and amazing service. Must visit. The only missing thing is the avakai.

Visited the restaurant bcoz of name.
On what basis they named it as 'pandaga bhojanam'? There are no appadam/vaidyam/payasam or any other special.
It's speciality is name only. Food tastes below average. Initially meals served with a single chapathi and not bothered to serve rice/chapathi again until we call them. No one bothered to refill curries.
Similar meals costs only 15dh in other restaurants, paying 25dh here is not at all worth.

I wouldn't bother wasting my money there. Veg meals quality is ok, but it is overpriced considering the items provided. Chicken Dum Biryani was ok. All items are overpriced, staff are not attentive and we had to literally ask for everything to be served, eg raitha, pickles, kheer, sambar, rasam. No cups for water provided.

Happen to taste mini M. Briyani and it's ultimate, very warmly served and the quantity is also fine for one person.

Food was spicy as expected from the restaurant and all items we have ordered are delivered fast without wait and taste was good …. Good ambience…authentic Andhra food …

Shop is small. Always need to wait. Even if you go with pre-book still need to wait for 5min over there

Today I ate prawns biryani and sp bhojanam. The prawns are not soo fresh. And the staff not communicating well. Idint complain bcz the manager soo busy at the time. Really I dint get the taste of godavari.totally waste of money. (don't buy water bottles In the restaurant.double price)

Hi GAR manager, we came from hyd for tour and few of our friends, recommend this place and.we came to try food the food was good but the service is worst means it is totally bad I never saw the service like this very bad experience I never had in dubai. (not recommended)

We ordered special non- veg thali. It had two chicken (one dry and one gravy dish), One mutton gravy, Dal, dry veg, boiled egg fry and other andra dry powder, sweet dish accompaniments. The full thali meal is worth for AED 39.the restaurant inner seating is small.they have an outdoor seating as well but good for winter. The restaurant is busy and hence you can experience a service delay.other wise the taste of food is good and if you like spicy give it a try.non spicy lovers.be careful to choose your dish.

The food served was not hot. The fried bitter gourd was stale when served. Not crispy. The vegetables were tasty. The chicken curry was tasty. But fried fish had a peculiar aroma.

Small restaurant and crowded always. Always crowded means you can understand how authentic it is. I ordered pepper chicken n natukodi biryani and it's really tasty. Will recommend this for all biryani lovers

We buy chicken Biriyani. Price is high and Quality is very poor, not recommended for Biriyani's in the location.

I happen to visit this restaurant Godavari Andhra restaurant recommended by my friend in Dubai. Guess what you can’t have this taste even in Andhra -India. I ordered pepper chicken guess what it’s so yummy soft pieces very well cooked juicy and spicy. If ur a spicy lover must try this place. The quality and quantity is worth the price. They deliver to your hotel in Apt 15 min. Not pricy like other restaurants in Dubai. They have awesome menu I’m planning to try each dish day by day until my stay. Seriously guys words can’t express the taste. Trust me u won’t be disappointed. Must try place don’t miss it.
