We spent a long time with the designer perfecting what we wanted and he was extremely responsive and helpful. The final outcome looks just like the plan! They are motived at each step to ensure you get what you want - and that doesn't stop once you make the order. Even during installation the attention to detail and desire to please is great. We have a Schuller kitchen in the UK - which is why we went for one in Dubai and are very happy we made that decision.

It was a delight to work with the designer Alaa Kassab, she was extremely creative, very patient and she coordinated the whole project in very professional way. The installation team is very professional ad well, they paid attention to the slightest detail. I am very happy with the final result.

We came across Goettling when sourcing Liebherr refrigerators and an Elica hood for our new kitchen. Goettling is primarily a kitchen company and selling a couple of appliances is not necessarily very lucrative for them, despite that, Akshay, went above and beyond helping us out with all our requirements. Absolutely professional, the installers turned up on time and completed the job in a clean precise manner. We recently got our apartment renovated and had to work with multiple vendors and I can confidently say that we had issues with everyone other than Goettling. This review is well over due. We had our kitchen installed by Goettling back in 2010. From our first meeting with Oliver we were very impressed with the company. The whole process from start to finish exceeded our expectations. The quality of our kitchen and appliances installed was and still is to a very high standard. 10 years later our kitchen still looks amazing and we still love it. What makes Goettling different to other providers in the UAE is their customer service, even if a light bulb goes or we need something minor they support us, this is rare in Dubai. I have recommended Goettling to some of my friends and all of them have had the same positive experience that we have.

We dealt with Arwa, who was very professional and has a good eye for design, attention to detail and very easy to work with.

Hope you are well. This is a long over due email I’ve been wanting to send to you about our beautiful new kitchen in our Sidra Villa, Dubai Hills.

We were recommended by our friends to look no further and come straight to Goettling. We were a bit hesitant at first because we knew by doing so we would over-stretching our budget.
But once I met Alaa, that all changed.

From the onset she gave us a very thorough overview of all the options available while at the same time made sure to understand our needs and our taste. This was very important to us as we had no clue or prior experience with designing a kitchen from scratch. She left no stone unturned. Alaa went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were taken care of. Her passion was truly reflected in her work.

We felt at ease and very comfortable, the choice was very easy after that. We knew we would not be getting service like this anywhere else.

Any problem that came up, Alaa was quick to find a solution. She constantly communicated, updated us was so quick to respond (even when I bothered her in the weekends! - sorry Alaa:)
We were very impressed with timeliness of the delivery and the extremely high standard of execution.
Kostas was also very easy to work with, always available and ready to assist. Both him and Alaa would always ready help even if the issue was beyond their realm.
We were moving to a new house and had to deal with many different parties for other things but your team is by far the most professional and delivered the best service.

We love our new kitchen and cannot thank you and your team enough.

Super professional and awesome designs! The price is definitely not cheap, but you know what else is not cheap? The quality!

I am not sure where to start, but I just moved to a new apartment and was shopping for a kitchen, Goettling made a miracle in customizing and installing a kitchen in less than three weeks where I would have normally needed a minimum of 2 months. The staff were amazing and dedicated to help beyond their responsibilities. Arwa Hajjaj is an amazing Internal designer, and I was sold on her design from the first day, the next day we signed the contract. I want to thank you and I really appreciate your services.
