Good and spontaneous. They came the very next day after our call.after the first set of pest control there was not much of difference. Called them again after few days. They came n did again, and this time we did as they asked us to do.n all clean within a month.gradually all cockroaches decreased n now all gone.thanks a ton for good service

Past few month i suffer the cockroaches issue & i used 2 different companies services also but unfortunately that will be not effective, few days before one of my friend suggest to me Golden Falcon Pest Control services.
I am really happy with golden falcon pest control.l. C service the have well trained and professional staffs, ali and rohit did amazing job against of cockroaches and after 15 days they send supervisor for the free inspection also.

Please please please never use this company, this company is a big fruad and the guy name mohamad amin is a cheater. Their spray is not effective at all even same time cockroaches appeared again if you complain to them they will not answer ur call and shoutback on you. Worst experience ever

BEWARE! Don’t use this company. Absolutely disgusting & unacceptable customer service. Very rude, they don’t turn up on time & worst of all the service made no difference at all. I still had cockroaches a few days after the service (cheap, ineffective products) I tried booking the follow up, the person booked me in but on the day nobody turned up. I had to call again to rebook & surprise surprise they didn’t show up again! I wish I’d looked in to this company before I’d booked. Please save yourself from wasting money with this company. They’re pathetic! Waste of money & time

Do not waste your money with them. It doesn't work at all I think they use water to spray it! Zero effect.zero customer service

Very low quality and I doubt if they use chemicals - probably water only - they came 2 times with no good results - waste of time and money

I don't recommend this company. They have VERY BAD customer service, especially the one who answers the phone named MOHAMAD who keeps on yelling! And their chemicals are not even effective. They've done 3 services and there are still cockroaches! So, please don't go with this company.

I complained and called so they send me a again after the initially applied gel uselessly in my house, a woman answered the phone and she said she will call me back and never did.

I had called for the services thrice for gel but didn't see any improvement on cockroachs.infact they r more.the gel is not at all effective. Also they told me twice they would come but didn't urn up n I had to wait for them.n get a reschedule of the day n time.atleast one need to be professional in the business.

First time was good, but started seeing small cockroaches after 2 weeks. They offer a free service after 15 days which they don't turn up until you call them. Even after calling they didn't come. Now we see more cockroaches at home. When contacted they said the 90 days period is over. Very irresponsible and rude behavior. Not suggesting their service to anyone. No commitment towards customers.

The team visited my house for bee extermination in my garden. They took out the bee hive and sprayed the pesticide and told me for the next 6 months no bees can survive or make hives in my garden. But in 2 weeks time my dog has been severely attacked by the bees. I paid 300 dhs for just 2 mins task that they did. I called them today to do check on this and the lady who picked my calls had only one thing to mention repeatedly that we do not give any guarantee on bees. This company is fraudulent and please do not use any of their services. You will end up wasting your money and time. This company should be listed as fraudulent.

GoldenFalcon team was quick, efficient and had a great work ethic. They were also very polite and professional throughout the entire process. Recommend them to anyone looking for renovation services!

Had pest control service some time ago in our apartment, the staff were professional, they arrived early which was great and the treatment didn't take long to apply. Reasonable price and I would recommend this service to anyone requiring pest control services. Will use them again in the future.

Absolutely horrible company with extremely horrible services. The staff members are liars and so are the owners.
They charged the whole fees and only apply gel and powder and leave the premises saying that they will come back to spray the place. Then once you call them the excuses start. My recommendation is NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Borderline Theives.

Great experience for pest control

I did a pest control service in my villa about a month ago for ants and for the rodents. They came twice for the follow up service, I and my husband were so satisfied about the result. So far we did not see any insects in the house. The team did a very good job lead by Mr. Jasver who did the inspection also for the rodents.

If there is any option I would give 0 or - for their operation, the stuff is disorganized, and uncoordinated, they don’t have sense of timing and scheduling, , and I made appointment by 11: 30, on the same day early morning confirmed again, 11: 40 I contacted again and told no one showed up, 11: 47 they told me their team will arrive in 15-20 minutes… I had another appointment by 12: 15, so I remade appointment by 2: 00 pm, it was confirmed by 2: 00 pm, still they don’t show up even after 2: 30… after coming did the job carefully anyway!

Really bad company, need to call them 10 times for visit. I am calling them from last 12 days but they are not coming and lieing everyday.

At least they are not on time. I left my office to reach for pest control that was scheduled at 5pm, now is 5 45pm. They have not arrived yet. I had to go back to office now i got delayed. There was no call to inform me that they cant make it on time. Guess what! I called them at 4 30pm and i was told they will be on time and i will be called in 15 min that they are reaching. I called up their manager who said they will be reaching in 15 min (in a totally unprofessional manner). I am forced to take their services as my building management has tie up with them, otherwise will never. Will see how their pesticide is and update this section!

Very unprofessional.really bad service.dont go for their service.its worst in dubai.every time they delay by more than 3 hours from the scheduled time.with no updates from them, we had to call them again and again but never got any updates.it was really painful as we had to go out for 4 hours after the service.we had to wait hours after geting ready, just because there was no updates from them.

You should avoid using this company at all cost. First, they charge based on where you live. Meaning: If you live in an expensive area then the quote is more because they assume you can afford it. The quality is no different but they will try to convince you that it is. Second, when you call because the first treatment didn't solve the issue; they ask for a copy of the invoice to verify. They should have the invoice; this is them trying to get out of doing another treatment without charging.

There was an incident occurred at my home yesterday which was an unforgettable story in my life. The pest control works had been completed tremendously at home. I was on tight scheduled of my day to day Jobs at office but I supposed to complete some works which were essential and important. I just gave a call to the Falcon. The way they took over responsibilities are tremendous and marvelous. The work had been completed with well trained technicians according to the given instructions. I was at my office but the total tasks had been completed by the Falcon workers marvelously.

Services: Mosquito, Bed bug, cockroach, Termite and Rodent control

Worst company that you can ever come across. Rude filipino staff on call who is sitting like a duck and apart from quack quack, she does not do anything. They came to do service on 19th Sep which was the worst service as not a single cockroaches died infact they increased over the past 3 weeks and then for the follow inspection they just keep delaying because they have received the money. Paid 210 for the service which was over priced however I paid as they are certified from Dubai Municipality.

As per the service request for pest control, the fantastic performance was shown by the Falcon technicians. I personally believe they undertaking, and completing high quality works on the spot. The goal oriented, hard working and dedicated team workers have fulfilled my desire for the utmost satisfaction.

Have lived in this country for 14 years now. I have done pest control twice every year. I have not seen a more pathetic pest control company than this in my life. Pathetic is also an understatement. They are atrocious horrible to say the least. Even after 3 repeated services after umpteen follow up and cancellations due to weird rreasons not a single positive outcome. Guess home sprayed baygon or Dettol does a much better job.please don't waste your money

They were hired by our building management to clean the water tanks and after 3 days of work! We still have the same problem and water is still dirty.

To my fellow European and Western people. DO NOT TAKE this company for your Pest control.
They came, boasting that there would not be any cockroach during at least 6months - They also offered a 6 month guarantee.
1 week after their coming started the nightmare. Now, 2 months after, I find one practically every week. I asked them to come back but they never did.
I paid more than 1.000 Dhs for a 3BR Villa for unprofessional and low service. So definitely AVOID THIS COMPANY

So they came for pest control of cockroaches 1 month back & sprayed my 2 Bedroom aprtm, and then told me if there are cockroaches after 2 weeks still they would come back upto 6 months and spray for FREE again.

1 month later which is today when I called them, they said no it’s chargeable for second time. (Even though it’s within their warranty of 6 months)

Go with other pest control agents, these guys spray some mediocre spray, it’s not effective and you would have to call them again and THEY WILL CHARGE YOU, Even though in the beginning they say it’s FREE for upto 6 months, biggest SCAMMERS in pest control!

I’ve reported them to The Authority and waiting for a response from the customer protection department.

The manager was very responsive and immediately rectified my concerns on the service. Good company.

They sprayed my villa, and 3 weeks later came for a top-up, and still, crawling insects everywhere.

This is the worst experience I had in Dubai. I expected to have a professional pest control service but bugs and flies are all over my place. They actually had no effect and all they did was useless and after that I called the office and they just considered me a liar and they cant do anything.

Pathetic service. Had the worst experience with these guys. Got their service done for cockroaches & called after 15 days to inform that the medicine hardly made any difference. They kept promising they will cm and fix the issue. Had to follow up for a week and they never turned up. Never recommend their service.

Worst Customer service, they do not understand what requirements companies need and they declined to work with me when I asked for the Dubai Municipality approval for Health and Safety.

Had pest control down less than a month ago, very punctual and friendly at the time. When I realised it wasn't working I rescheduled another appointment under warranty and now to try and get them to come and do the work, they keep pushing the time and doing 'paid' jobs over finishing mine. Wont be using them again.

They are fraudsters. Did a bad job and after several follow ups and appointments have not redone the service. Also the workers ask tips for doing such a bad job!

Made a appointment. Had to call them at least 5 times. After waiting for 2 hours they tell me can I come tomorrow, we are short of staff. Lot of other good companies are available and also at a better price and very efficient.

Please don’t do pest control from these people. After spray these guys never come for gel treatment inspite of calling and msging 10 times.
