Worst customer service. Not only they don’t do the work correctly, so you have to come multiple tines. But on numerous occasions they couldn’t even find my clothes. So you sit there for 20 minutes, just waiting for them to find them. Enough chances given, not coming back.

The team is always welcoming and kind. They have a wide range of premium fabrics catering to all seasons and preferences! Their tailour Jamir takes pride in his work and made sure that every detail is to perfection!

Excellent service, professional and attentive staff, clean location. Went to Golden Threads after reading stellar reviews, so I want to leave my own. My blazer and pants were hemmed exactly the way I wanted. For jeans, I requested to keep the original hem which was done. Excellent work! I will recommend this business to others and certainly be back.

The best tailor in Dubai. He made my bridesmaid dress which everyone thought was the brides dress.
It was made within 7-10 days and was made to perfection.

Their alteration service is an absolute joke.it is barely stitched… shortening a trouser could not do it properly!

They are pretty kind and approachable staff/tailor.
I've been in search for a lots of tailoring shop and some of them are rude and late to their appointment but Golden Thread Tailoring Shop is the best amongst of them.
They replied to my queries quickly and they tried their very best not to make you wait.
Their master is very detailed in which you will understand everything.

I'm so happy with Golden Threads Tailoring's service!
Had some urgent alterations to get done but didn't have time to go to their shop, they came to my house to collect the dress, check sizes etc yesterday and in 24 hours I got my dress delivered back to my door! Great and super efficient, will definitely use again!

If you're looking for top-notch tailoring services for your high-end clothing, it's best to steer clear of this particular shop. Although the staff is friendly and polite, they nearly ruined a high-quality blazer I brought in for alterations. It took a lot of effort and work from other craftsmen to restore it to its original appearance. The shop was unwilling to acknowledge their mistakes and did not take full responsibility for the outcome. If you only need simple alterations, they may be able to handle the task, but for anything more intricate, it's best to look elsewhere. Overall, I was left feeling disappointed with the experience.

Golden Threads has been very helpful and cooperative. The master and delivery men are very nice, polite and professional. Would highly recommend them.

Everything was done just the way I wanted and they finished the alterations before the date I asked them to finish it by.

I had a few pairs of pants shortened and it was done well, with quick service. Used the pick up and delivery option which was an extra fee but super convenient.

So well done! My trousers fit me perfectly! They were so loose earlier and now they fit like a glove! Couldn’t have gone to any other place, golden threads is worth it! ️
