After sales and spare parts is a disaster.
Went twice to the branch in sheikh zayed road to inquire for Oleo-Mac spare parts. Both times they said they need to ask for the part numbers and they gonna call me back. DIDNT RECEIVE A SINGLE CALL TILL DATE.

Tried my luck in DIP showroom as well. Same thing, the guys in the showroom need to ask for part numbers and they said they give me a call back. Guess what, same thing. Never received a call back.

I even left my business cards with them so they dont have an excuse they dont have my number.

Best advice, dont rely on any tool brands for which GTT are the official service partner as you will struggle and be disappointed.

I will decommission all my Oleo-Mac tools and never ever again buy this brand.

There was very good offer. Almost 70 percent discount from market price. Due to rain they stop on 10th December. And started on 11 december

I bought Vacuum cleaner & used it twice, then got damaged. Hand over to Golden Tool Trading on May 2022 & till now Aug 2022, no one call despite of their useless promises & despite of 4 times going there & following up. They don’t have or doesn’t know customer service. Now they advised to pay the cost of motor despite of warranty. Personally not recommending this company.

I suggest you golden tools is the Best Online store in UAE.specially for tools and DIY item, i think Only they provide Free delivery and No charges for Cash on delivery, they are not required minimum order quantity, i really love it.

Showroom timing not correct, drove for almost 1 hours and got surprised that they close at 02: 30 during Ramadan

Poor customer service

Irresponsible people in repair/ services section.

Especially their manager Mr. Mehran is useless.

Never buy anything if you are gonna depend on their after sale service.

Went there a sale and its full of people. Need to follow social distancing. Left the place and was not able to purchase anything.

It was closed due to breaking of COVID Protocol.

Went so far and came empty hand.

Waste of energy and fuel

Its a fair place (a warehouse) to buy hardware and electronics and most of the brands are from daewoo.

Respond as quickly as possible. One of the biggest Tools & Home appliance products in good customer service is speed.

Do not be fooled by appearance
unprofessional salesmans! Like you can never find any manager and when you find someone on phone you get very rude behavior which could speak barely english
