We had an amazing experience with Gold's Yacht - Yachts and Boats Rental in Dubai. We enjoyed the sunset in the Marina area with a view of Bluewaters. The food was delicious, prepared by a chef, and we toasted with champagne. We shared the experience with friends, had a great time dancing, and returned with a wonderful view of the Marina skyline. Highly recommended!

The service was awesome. They will take care of everything, so you can sit back and enjoy the awsome views.

Very bad service and the staff are very agressive and angry with the customers and incident happened where we almost got into a fight, they can't keep there staff treating people like this otherwise the staff will get hurt!

The yacht experience was nice but the jetski ruined the trip for us, the people in charge of it shouldn't be working directly to the costumers they are rude and got angry and moody for no reason and left with the jetski we paid for! No refund was issued am really disappointed, you are supposed to win costumers not push them away.

Excellent experience I have rented a couple in dubai and by far the best one was with you guys. The crew was wonderful and professional very polite. Captain was just great. Would definitely be my first choice next time I'm back.

The yacht experience was really good and had alot of fun with my friends but unfortunately the people in charge of the jet skis were not co-operative at all, ruined our friends mood, not letting uss actually use the jet skis as well, very short time usage it was till 6: 15 but he stopped and said 6: 00 was final time

Jet ski staff were cursing us in their language- not knowing that one of us understood what they were saying. If you can't treat your paying customers with respect, then please do the world a favor and close down your company.

Worst experience ever, spoiled my birthday completely. The captain “kannan” seems like he was not interested in serving us, he was continuously fighting over volume of music and AC. Took us to the area where the yacht will shake more so that we end the trip soon. And that is what happened, the AC was not working even after multiple requests, we were so frustrated that we asked him to cancel and go back soon. I would never recommend gold yacht because they outsource the services to other local vendors and can’t maintain service

These guys are not ethical. They ask for photographs of your credit card. This is in total breach of any ethical card management policy. Avoid. They contacted me saying I was confused. No guys not confused. Your policy is not ethical. I booked with a competitor 5 minutes later and did not have the same problems. You lost a sale due to your silly and non standard policy. Every one else on the planet solves this issue with 3d secure and using payment gateways with fraud prevention.may be your need to rethink your card clearing provider and drop the silly and non ethical policy.

Golds Yacht were amazing. Very good communication and we had a great experience on the boat. We celebrated my wife’s birthday on their 88ft ship. Everyone that attended had a great time and the crew were awesome

We took a half day yacht excursion with Captain Rex and it was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the food was delicious. The chef did an amazing job, and even though it was only two of us, there was plenty to eat and left over. We added one hour on a jet ski which my husband really enjoyed. I would highly recommend Gold’s Yacht to anyone looking for a relaxing day in Dubai.

I cannot recommend Gold Yachts enough! Myself and 20 of my friends had the best day and even had the option to extend the boat for a further hour whilst at sea as was having so much fun! Without a doubt would use every time im in Dubai! Thanks again guys

Good organization and communication. You do have to pay 50 percent to secure the booking which is fine and legit. We had a great evening cruise. Our crew were very accommodating and professional.

Was visiting Dubai wth a group of friends and decided to celebrate my Birthday on yacht.
Guys from Golds Yacht took care of us completely.
They offered a perfect yacht and did a great decoration to make this day evn greater.
BBQ from their menu was fantastic and the service was outstanding, plus they gave us a free cake with my name on it.
It was a great trip and we didn't put a finger to do something, crewmembers did everything well.
I would highly recommend these guys for everyone who wants to have a breathtaking party!

It was so smooth from creating a package for me and my friends to booking. They delivered on what they had promised. The food was amazing. Complimentary jet ski was thrilling. The yacht was however a bit small for the 9 of us to fit on 1 deck.

This was the best experience from all my yacht trips in Dubai!
The service and the team was very pleasant and helped us a lot to have a good trip. Food was lovely and the jet skis are extremely fast. Will come soon again!

The real deal was how much they were helpful, acomotating and forthcoming with thier suggedtion. That made our experience great, and left a lasting impression on our guests.
I certainly will do it again with them and strongly recommend them.

This was the worst yacht I have ever been on. I booked Gold Yacht for a trip on 06.04.18 for a special birthday. Eugene was excellent from the very beginning. All went very badly on the day of the trip.

Sergey, the coordinator on the day was rude and obnoxious. We were promised there would be trollies to bring our drinks onto the boat. It was not there. My guests had to carry everything on. He also said the boat was not ready. Eventually we got on the yacht. The yacht was smelly and dirty. I ordered 100 balloons but they only had 43 and none inside, unlike pictures they showed me. There was rubbish in the bins, the toilet door didn't close, the carpets were filthy, the blinds would not go up inside so it was dark, the jacuzzi was filthy with mould on the side and many guests did not want to go upstairs as there was a smell of sewage coming from it. The yacht was stained and unkempt in many places. The staff were dressed scruffy also. Once we sailing on the yacht, the staff were excellent. However, the next day, three separate friends of mine said they saw the staff bringing in our alcohol into their own staff area to hide it. The yacht was brought back 35 minutes early. They said this was due to water levels but many other and much larger boats were still out at sea.

I asked them to send me a video of the yacht before I paid my deposit. They obviously sent me the video of another yacht or the same yacht, many years ago. Sergey was incredibly rude. He screenshot a message I sent Eugene when I said I could not afford another of their very expensive options. He suggested that I got what I paid for. Whether or not my yacht was not the most expensive, it was the basic hygiene which was the biggest disappointed on the day. My guests were all bitterly disappointed.

I tried to contact Eugene after the yacht charter but he ignored my messages 3 times. All in all, it was a total disgrace. Avoid at all costs.

This cruise was offered to us by Gold's Yacht. It is designed for the evening, the walk took place for 2 hours with dinner. About 20 minutes into we were driving from the hotel. We were brought to the fashionable area (or even it is called the yacht harbour) of Dubai - Marina, where moored a lot of private boats and yachts. At last, the ship was full of people, and we moved. The whole walk is accompanied by a guide. There is something to say, we didn't listen. We enjoyed the presence of each other and looked at the floating skyscrapers, there are about 200 of them. All skyscrapers are made in its individual and unique style. Along the coast you can see cafes and restaurants with open verandas, stretching along the coast, where people sat and enjoyed the evening cool after a hot day. We really liked the walk. We'll be happy to remember these wonderful moments and dream to get there again

Rest in Dubai is an unreal pleasure. Rented a yacht through the company Gold’s Yacht on the advice of friends who have more than one year of rest on the yacht. Was the whole family: husband, myself, 2 kids plus a grandmother. On the recommendation of experts took a motor yacht in (beautiful places, transitions are not long). Further acquaintance with the captain, crew and dinner on the yacht! It's fantastic. In total, 12 days we were in Paradise, with the rest in the hotel to compare not even ethical.
Very all worthy and at an impeccable level, as well as at the best price!

So, there are a lot of different options for choosing a boat. There are large pleasure boats, but they are slow. Also there are and quite compact, but in the same time high-speed. Walking along the promenade Dubai Marina, winding along the pier, I was offered a variety of options. I chose yellow small pleasure boat in the company Gold's Yacht. They have more or less normal price, and you can see quite a lot. Plus, they promised to ride fast with the wind:) All this fun lasts about 90 minutes. Having taken their seats, we have moved in path. Before the beginning of the movement was a little safety briefing, we were given life jackets. Then we slowly swam out of the Marina. Before my eyes was visible the very prospect of Dubai Marina. Huge skyscrapers, marinas for modern Yachts and Boats. The walk was pleasant and was a success

When we rested in 2017 in the Emirates, we wanted to take a few excursions to see different interesting sights and places.we were advised to contact the company Gold's Yacht This boat trip was the day. Our group of tourists was expected by a two-storeyed small ship. The first floor is glazed, air conditioners work, which saved us from the July heat. In this room-the restaurant tables were set for lunch. A walk around Dubai Marina included a buffet lunch, as well as a leisurely look at the huge and very beautiful impressive buildings. Drinks were included in the price of the tour, but only non-alcoholic. The service was excellent, we were happy. On the second floor there was an open terrace with a tent that hid us from the sun. There were covered tables and next to chairs. One could eat here, but such a desire, no one has arisen due to significant heat.
