Savio was so helpful getting a pair of FJ shoes that were out of stock in all other shops I had looked at in the UAE. He sorted them in just a few days and was so helpful in the process. The store has everything you need and I will certainly be returning when I am next purchasing anything golf.

Excellent experience at this store. Their variety of available golf clubs and sportswear is impressive and the staff is very helpful. It’s like being in a candy store for an avid golfer:)

Went today to extend my irons; after 5’ watching 4 staff members arguing who will help me (no one was keen.) one of them told me “we don’t have extensions” just to get rid of me… Shame…

I went to this store at the beginning of the year and was met by who I call “The incredible Al” who guided me through the store and with his immense knowledge of the sport, we were able to arrive at the best clubs for me. The fitting was properly done by Al with the aid of trackman. His customer service is out of this world. I felt calm, unrushed and unpressured as we tried various equipment. Long story short, I am now the net champion of Karen country club which Al promised I would be. We still keep in touch (talk about after sales service) and I visit the superstore every opportunity I can.
Thank you Golf Superstore for giving me a significant boost in my game and especially Al for continued support.

Anyone interested in golf gear should definitely visit this store. Great service from the Irish manager Robbie McCarthy. Organised golf shirts with embroidery for a golf tournament at incredible prices and quick turn around time. Not a bad selection of womens clothing though good selection of clubs and bags.

Everything needed to play, some good offers on complete sets but disappointed by the haughty attitude by the English "pro".

Walked in, friendly floorstaff, but was eyeballed by the manager as soon as I walked in. Wanted to buy a driver so asked if I could test it, was allowed so proceeded. Then approached by the manager saying someone else was using it and I must wait. The person walked away so took a practice, then approached again by the manager saying it isn't a driving range for me to come and test a club I want to buy. Clearly one sale is more important than another. Terrible management. This is not the first time this has happened either.
