WORSTT Sofa & Carpet Cleaner Company ever!

Their employees are very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I’m unsatisfied with the cleaning service they did. I was promised for deep cleaning service and the customer service lady completely understood my complaint yet nothing happened. The cleaners are dishonest in their work, really disappoints me that such good companies want to grow but their employees are just ruining company’s value.

Please wisely choose your cleaning service providers.

Broken vaccum cleaner…dint even get cleaned 10% … instead of shampoo water was used …rude staff when asked for refund started yelling dat my sofa from ikea is of poor quality and my ac is not clean

They had done amazing job and remove most of stains from my mattress in a reasonable price then other companies. I would choice this companies again. Highly recommended

I had booked their service in the previous week for today. They cancelled the appointment last minute and are not responsive now. I had taken a day off for the service booked. What a waste of time. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This is the best sofa cleaning service you will hire! They have a quick service and reasonably priced too! My dog had made a mess of my sofas & they made it brand new now. Absolutely recommend it!

Nadeem and his colleague came in and were done within the hour, they were very professional and very careful not to damage our new floors. I’ve used them before and will continue to use them.

Perhaps I expected too much.
1. They are late for 15 minutes.
2. Took 25 minutes for steam cleaning for sofa.
3. Sanitize? It was too quick too kill germs on sofa.
4. Need to do shamoo to clean stain.
5. I will try other company next time.

They damaged my couch by scratching it with their equipment. Than they send the employee over who did it and he lied about it. The company made no effort at all to rectify the situation. Very bad service and the cleaning was a joke.

They came over to shampoo my mattress and steam clean my sofas. Both services seemed like poor value for money as I did not notice any difference at all.

After shampooing of the mattress, 10% of the mattress was soaked with water and 90% was completely dry. It seemed like they only did 10% of the work.

Plus, I was promised that the mattress would dry within 5 hours. It is 2: 25AM now (13 hours after the shampooing) and I am using a hair dryer on the mattress just so I can go to sleep.

I would not recommend this at all.

I had booked disinfection and deep cleaning in my home today, and before booking i asked chemical details and DM approval, they send one chemical with same approval, but when they came for work they brought different chemicals and they don’t have DM approval, and i asked the same but they failed to provide, so i rejected the service. The price they quoted was very cheap from there I monitored, this will not do all people and many peoples are getting cheated, so make sure it will not happened with you.

It was a very unique and productive service, my sofas are completely shinning now!

The quality of the service is great and prices are so competitive. Other companies charge double but use exactly the the same equipment. Nadeem was so kind to accommodate my busy schedule and explained the process in detail with a demo before starting the actual job. Ever since we did the mattress, sofa and carpet deep cleaning, my allergies have improved significantly. You will be surprised what comes out of a seemingly clean sofa. Highly recommended!
