I tried momos for the first time and it was tasty and also the tea is fabulous.
The staff is so friendly and helpful.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Nepali Gurkha restaurant and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped inside I was greeted with warm smiles and a vibrant atmosphere that transported me straight to the heart of Nepal.

The restaurant's décor was a delightful blend of traditional Nepali elements featuring intricate wood carvings colorful prayer flags and photographs showcasing the rich Gurkha heritage. The ambiance alone was enough to get me excited about the culinary journey that awaited me.

As I perused the menu I was amazed by the variety of dishes on offer. Nepali cuisine is known for its unique flavors and bold spices and this restaurant certainly didn't disappoint. From momo the ever-popular dumplings to dal bhat a staple dish consisting of lentils rice and assorted curries there was something to satisfy every palate.

I decided to start my culinary adventure with a plate of vegetable momo which were delicately steamed and bursting with savory fillings. The accompanying spicy tomato chutney added the perfect kick and complemented the flavors of the momo beautifully. Every bite was a delightful explosion of taste.

Moving on to the main course I opted for a dish called kukhura ko masu a mouthwatering chicken curry infused with a medley of aromatic spices. The dish was rich and flavorful with tender pieces of chicken simmering in a velvety sauce that left me yearning for more. Served with fragrant basmati rice it was an absolute delight to savor the authentic flavors of Nepal.

To complete my dining experience I couldn't resist indulging in a traditional Nepali dessert called sel roti. This deep-fried ring-shaped pastry had a unique sweetness and a pleasing crunch. Paired with a cup of freshly brewed Himalayan tea it was the perfect ending to a memorable meal.

Beyond the outstanding food what truly made my experience at the Nepali Gurkha restaurant special was the warm hospitality of the staff. They were incredibly attentive eager to share their knowledge about the dishes and genuinely interested in ensuring that every guest had an exceptional dining experience.

Reflecting on my time at the Nepali Gurkha restaurant I couldn't help but feel grateful for the opportunity to immerse myself in the flavors and culture of Nepal. We used to love to dine in the restaurant coz of the nice treatment.but as we come and have our snack.the guy staff just told as to transfer damage and shaking table coz there is new customer.which we already order and seated for long time.he can transfer another people but he just told us to go on that broken table.worst staff worst experience.we will never go in that restaurant.

We are always coming to the restaurant. But its totally dissapointing that we treat like we dont pay what we order. We come first, seated and ordered. But when new customer came the guy staff just transfer us to the damage table. While there is another table who they can transfer. Worst experince. Its obvious with that treatment like very low respect to he customer as he is to his own.
If there is negative star i will rate it as -5

Amazing find in satwa.great food.excellent quantity.quality food and Sujatha who attends to customers was amazing

Momo’s was the best, the pani puri was excellent.
Its a small restaurant in Satwa but the food is excellent and so it the quality.

Jhol momo was fab and other rest items are also average.sorry to miss that Pani puri is one of a kind

I asked dal two times no one bring. I wait add rice as well.
Staff are not friendly.
But food really super testy Nepali favour.

Authentic Nepali cuisine, rare to find. Thali set at 11am? Yes. All of the flavors were accurate as well. Chicken tasted good. Waitress may hover, but the dining area is small, and it facilitates customer care and better dining experience.

The menu also contains Philippine dishes. I did not try them.

It’s a very bad experience first time from gorkha restaurant which I used to eat often.specially being a Nepali with passion of chef they need to concern for quality.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. The NEPALI food is absolutely amazing. The staff makes great recommendations and truly cares about your experience. Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely restaurant in SATWA DUBAI. Try out NEPALI KHANA SET AND MOMOS.:)

The Momo is so good. I do really love it. I enjoy and the fried isaw is good as well. The Mutton Thakali is so satisfying. Keep it up

Nepal restaurant and theres lot of dishes to choose from, i tried their Tapsilog as well as chicken and buff momo, must try,

You will feel the genuine care and love Once you enter. Very welcoming and polite servers and not very fancy restaurant but the service attracts me to come back again and again. The food prepared is absolute 5Star level.

It's my first time trying Nepali food and I am glad to come here for it. It was amazing! They cooked it in the house (it might some time tho but worth the wait).

I have never experienced the momo like Gorkha's momo anywhere. No. 1 momos in uae amazing taste. Highly recommended cannot wait to share my experience.
