The owner went out of her way to purchase head holders for masks which she doesn’t supply herself and that I had asked if she did. Talk about going the extra mile! I met the owner, Araceli, while having a virtual conversation on a Facebook group. Then, she told me about her website and I was BLOWN AWAY by the amount of ethical and sustainable items she provides on one platform. Lots of amazing local and international brands and when I had any questions, she went waaay out of her way to help me! I love the attention to detail and amazing customer service also. For instance, when I told her the item I liked was out of stock, she immediately sent me similar photos of similar blouses with her opinion of what would look best etc. She avoids single use plastics in her packaging (finally!) and even sent me a free face mask made in a biodegradable envelope that just needs sunlight to completely break down. Everything was delivered to me in less than 2 days and, when the items arrived, they smelled AMAZING! I would give it a 7/5 if I could
