Very Very unprofessional staffs, Made us wait for 4 hours & issued wrong grade books for JSS-IS school, In spite of making new payments for correct grade books & returning wrong grade books, the refund has not been initiated till date (5 days). They ask us to contact call center, they take order reference numbers & mobile giving false commitment of someone from call center will contact but no one bothers to respond.

Please don't fall victim to refund scam & make double payments. If possible please write back to school managements as I did to stop working with such unprofessional traders.

I am personally lodging a complaint with KHDA & DED for the same.

Very bad experience had today. Visited this bookshop with my kid from very far. Website mentioned closing time 10: 30pm and i was there at 09: 40pm. The guy was sitting inside but locked the door. After requesting for 5minutes but hr did not move an inch from his chair. @owner pls look into this. Very inhuman nature guy is sitting in ur shoo.

The book shop is very good, they have all the books or all the equipment, the staff is very good, and there is no problem with parking.

Best place for all CBSE borad and ICSE books and all kind of notebooks. And one more thing staff of this place is so polite and nice.

Very good book store.there is all kinds of cbse/icse school books, stationery & other items available.also reasonable price, professional employee & feel good environment at shop.

Good book shop with much variety. All school extra curricular requirements can be fulfilled here, staff are very polite and they engages to the customer with personal manner.
