This store has the most unethical way of dealing with customers and their high handedness needs to be reported to the authorities to make sure they don't do the same to other customers. We had recently picked up a set
of books for our child at another reputed store except for the French book as the stock was unavilable. When we went to Goyal Trading store the lady at the reception refused to give us this book lest we buy the entire set yet again. Inspite of informing her that we have already purchased the set, she was reluctant to give this book and called her manager to discuss the matter. She as well insisted that we have to buy the in-house material yet again although we had made this purchase at another bookstore which was collaborated with the school. Realising that it was pointless arguing them we left the store! The store with an objective to rip off parents

The store was definitely set up for educational purposes. Management and staff have been brilliant in assisting with all our needs. HIGHLY recommended.

Very bad service by the staff. Asked us to visit the store twice. Gave us the wrong set of books the first time and told us the books were out of stock on the second visit. Extremely disappointed.

Most pathetic, website doesnt work, staff is unorganized, no one to give answer phone call if books are given incorrect!

I haven’t bought anything here, but the girl named Mary picked up the call promptly and responded well, so much better than the shop in Meena bazaar

I recommend you better not buy the books from this store. Because you won’t be able to refund it at all.
You can exchange books but will be inconvenienced greatly.

Only go to this book store if you are 100% sure of what you want to buy. And even then, other bookstores have more competitive prices that put this store to shame.

And I repeat, YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO REFUND THE BOOKS.

They should be more organized in distribution of books, it was just crowded without any que or token systems

1. Worst customer care - No email response, no calls response, no whatsapp response.
2. I really dont understand how such stores are surviving in dubai and how prestigious schools are dependent on such stores for their students. And why they are still retaining such vendors even after so many complaints from parents
3. Ordered extra books by mistake online, no option to cancel it online. And tried to contact them thru call/email/whatsapp and no response. I got a email response after they delivered saying, it is already delivered and so I need to go to their qusais store to return. Such an irresponsible and worst Goyal stores.
4. When I asked, if i can return in ibn batuta store. No response for the past 6 days.

There are not correct response when we calling and sales person is very rudely talking not good response to customers, we are not purchasing free, Not recommend to this shop and please everyone inform in their schools to change the shop for uniform otherwise better to sell in school

One of the worst book stores in UAE managed by the most unprofessional of staff. Poor customer support. Phone calls are not received or answered. The only thing they excel is in giving misleading information and false promises.

If I could give them below zero I would love to give them below zero. I went today and asked the rate of school uniforms, at counter they told they don't know the rates and only cash counter staff knows, I went to cash counter and he refused to tell me prices before I am ready to buy.why? Are they affraid of high prices? I am going to complain with Ministry of Education that every uniform store should mention prices of products before buy. This is weired attitude I have ever shown in any school suppliers.

Very unorganized retailer, does not answer phone calls and has only one store which stocks specific books related to the specific school. So the customer has no choice but to go all the way to the store and stand in long queues to get the reply. Sells books only in sets and half the time sets are incomplete so you cant even buy the books which are available. Horrible experience every time dealing with this store.

I bought uniforms for my son last week from goyal shop karama. That was my wrost decision because the school has changed the uniform (received the mail on 19th September) and they are not ready to refund. I have requested many times that we don’t want the money back. Take the uniform and give us the credit note so that my son at least can buy the books from this shop. Please don’t go to this shop and they are not behaving to the customer in a way they have to. The manager (Gravrav) telling that he can’t give the money from his pocket to you it’s the management decision.
They are running the shop against all the customer rights. I wish no one should have the experience that I had with them.

I bought a class 11 biology book from goyal book shop and trust me it was the worst decision. The book came apart on the next day of purchase. Moreover they don't do a refund. I wonder how i am gonna manage this year with this book

Nice book shop in Karama. Affiliated to many schools for uniforms and sessions courses. Price seems little high compared market available products. Products are high quality.
