Very nice shopping experience with goyal books. The gentlemen in the shop I very humble and polite to the customers and very good knowledge about the books.

Staff attitude towards the customers at Qusais branch is pathetic and not customer centric. Bad experience and never recommended.

Not at all flexible and very rude attitude. I have called the branch and some one took the phone and left on the table I can hear all the conversations from the shop but no one answered me. No value to the customers and the parents are calling you to get the books but don’t make them feel like …….

The staff do not know about the school books they are selling. Only the total package if there are ready packs available. OOD is OOEHS & OOW is OOHS, so if you are asking them for Our Own School books, better be specific.
Limited collection of books, bags & stationary. Store is located exactly opposite Decathlon, plenty parking spots & there is Ibnbattuta metro access as well.

Our two kid took admission in Jssis international school and we purchased all the books from goyals battuta. The staff were njce to the
customer s. The shopmanager clear all the doubts about the school and the curriculam.

Afsan and Imran - immediate response from them and resolved my issue. Very much satisfied- Thankyou.

I had issues in returning the books. But representative - Imran was really helpful and he made the process easy and smooth.

Nice store, you can get books for GEMS International, CBSE here.

They are priced well, I would say it’s pretty economical despite being an exclusive book store they are delivering the responsibility well.

It’s opposite to Decathlon & Miniso stores inside Ibanabatuta Mall.

A new LenaKart store has opened close to Goyal books.

They do keep school uniforms for some institutions but not for Gems.

Really really upset with the service from this particular Ibn Batuta mall store. Such a rude person the one who picked the call today 16th sept 2022, at 1.13.he don’t have curtousy to speak to the customer in a way. May be they are rich with many customers here since long so not bothered to be respect other customers. The way he responded me was like “if u want you take it or else get lost” kind. Whatever I ask he says if u want come and check. If it’s the purchase and go. Else leave it. Really frustrated by this person.

But surprisingly yesterday when I called karama branch the lady gave good response. And her way of talking to customer was very nice. She answered all my queries. Since I stay in Discovery garden she said she will call IBn Batuta branch and get back to me. I was really happy with the service and the way she was answering my doubt. Really excellent.

But today am really upset with this ibn Batuta rude guy. Hope soon he will understand the value of each customer even though they are popular here filled with all the customers.

My advise to this book company “please respect ur customer even though u are popular. Time wil not be same. U must have been seen recent Covid issue and realised the uncertainty of life. U may be reached highest level in ur business but never forget that it’s bcz of us UR CUSTOMER. So pls give respect and take respect. ”

Amazing service but too much rushy, full of peoples and parents, I went there with my kids to buy uniforms and wait a lot also some sizes of uniforms was not available that time.
It’s very busy uniform shop and staff are good and polite and they respect everyone, I liked this shop

One of the worst experiences I ever had Biju K or goyal are not aware of the legality in Dubai, last Friday we went to purchase some books also we inquired about the art subject app in the IBN Battutta mall shop and the guy in the shop Mr, Biju. K literately forced us to take the complete package (400+ AED) and without any verification, I made the payment without any check, later I realized that I paid for the apps already in the school and so I spoke to Biju again in the night and asked for the refund and next day in the morning also I called him and asked for the refund as I planned to visit his shop he asked me to come in the evening so that he will refund the amount.

In the evening when I went to the Goyal shop he started acting like a JSS School administrator asking for the initial payment receipt to give the refund, I was very much surprised very much upset with the unethical behavior of Goyal shop and not sure what moral right he had against my fund? I spoke to pushpa who is the in-charge of JSSIS (as she said) she also mentioned that for the refund they should get the confirmation from JSSIS school. I was about to call the Dubai police for stealing my fund in the name of JSS institute but I expect the action from JSS School.
If anything is mandatory it should be asked by the school management to the parent not Goyal acting like a principal, Goyal book stall should understand their limitation and act accordingly.

Very pathetic service. They are not ready to give Gems school notebook unless we buy the textbook set. If we are ready to buy the entire textbook set, they have the notebook available. When we ask for only notebook, they say that books are not in stock. The sales person told very rude that nothing will happen if the child doesn't have notebook for 2 weeks.

New store at a nice location but totally let down by extremely rude staff.
Better to visit the store in Karama

When I visited to their shop, they did not had the right size in stock and they also got my number in their register and said will contact once the stock replenish and later even after 4 or 5 day they never called, but when I try to reach them on their mentioned landline, mobile and Whatsapp number they don't pick up the call and neither they respond. Very Poor customer service.

In fact I did suggest them for the tag line they have " Books and Beyond"

They provide misinformation on the phone & when confronted in the store - they demand to prove by showing call records that we actually had a call! They then conveniently ignore you.pathetic service of the staff.

I'm writing this review with lot of disappointment & after a very frustrating experience with “Goyal Books”. I don’t understand why this is so cumbersome process with them to buy school books online/get uniform. I am sure they are not handling the books/school uniform supply for all UAE or Middle East schools. Firstly, they don’t respond neither on email nor on the mobile number provided to track the books order, secondly they don’t have school uniform available since the day they started the sale this year. Every time you call them someone will very ARROGANTLY say call me after 2-3 days to check the sizes! Are we supposed to be taking all this pain & trouble just to get the books & uniform?

Then I get this email saying my order has been cancelled after 4 days of placing the order? I am extremely surprised to see the below email after 4 days of placing the order and after receiving the second email that your order is shipped! How can they cancel the orders after online payment and ask you to wait for 15-20 mins for refund without even informing. Highest of nonsense! It's been 5 days, I really don't know when or whether I will receive the order or not! Worst experience of my life!
