I've been sending in this Cargo in the past 5 yrs and still counting, still no doubt for trusting this company.there's a lot of cago company in this country but I choose only this company because of consistent good service and all staff are very helpful and kind.your the best Cargo here in UAE keep up the good work kabayan.

After almost 10 yrs of being a regular customer of Gp express cargo, From my Mom until I came here in Uae, I was so so so disappointed after knowing that my family received the boxes With a lot of damages which never happens since before. It looks like someone opened it and checked whats inside but since there is no valuable things except toiletries clothes and chocolates, they closed it using other tape. It was very visible how they closed it with another tape only on the top which we taped it from top to bottom.hope this will never happen again because as a regular customer of express Cargo I feel Sad that this such things will ruin the 10 yrs of good service. Looking forward for some one who can assist me about my issue. Thanks!

I am a first-time user and I would like to express my honest review in regards to the services given ‎by GP Express. ‎

Box Request Services; ‎
I appreciate how agent Randy has accommodated my inquiries from the get go. He delivered the boxes ‎on the same day I made the request. As an additional kind gesture, he sent me a link on how to do ‎the proper boxing, which helped me a lot. ‎

Box Pick Up; ‎
I did not have a problem on the day that I asked for box pick up. Despite the tight schedule, they ‎made sure to pick up my boxes even during night hours. ‎

Track & Trace System; ‎
So far, my only suggestion is to improve their tracking system. There should be a clear record from ‎the beginning showing date box received in their warehouse, date of the loading and date of ‎shipment. By doing so, the customers would be updated and their system will be transparent. ‎
In my case, after 4 weeks that my boxes have been picked up, still not showing in the tracking ‎system (it shows Tracking No.not found). Naturally, it would cause doubt and panic to the ‎customer. ‎
I tried calling their number to follow up and after few attempts, they answered and informed me ‎that the encoding will be done in the Philippines. ‎

Delivery to Philippines;‎
Now this part I will see and update if the promise of 45 days after shipment will be done and if it ‎will be delivered safely and with care to our family. ‎

May 06,2022-Box pick up
July 23,2022-Box delivered in the Philippines (Manila)

It's been in the 4th month now upon pick up, but the box is still not delivered to us. Service is unsatisfactory and dissappointing.

I'll give an honest review based on my first experience.

Setting schedule to pick up the box in our location there's no problem i will rate it 5stars

Nakuha ang box last March 19,2022 telling us na makaka abot sa container with in a week ay aalis na.
We're happy to hear that since I'll be expecting na makakaabot ang box on my mother's birthday at sa mother's day.

Tracking page: I'll rate 2 stars- hindi klaro kung asan ang box ang late nila mag update unlike my experience sa ibang tracking site ng mga iba.

Here comes the cargo na inabot ng ilang buwan na dalawang buwan i did not follow up kasi baka cguro may problema or nadelay lang since covid pa naman pero june na wala pa ang box so finollow up ko na kung asan maraming excuses ang natanggap ko for the whole june. The last update from the fb page sabi nasa custom na at asahan na maideliver with in this month of june so okay na ako.

Now here comes july, I'm expecting na cguro matatanggap na ng family ko ang cargo ko since inaantay na talaga nila tumawag ang courier sa ate ko telling her na kung pwede kunin sa cagayan.hello po ang address ko po sa Mountain province po ang layo po nyan kaya nga po sya nabayaran dito para dumating ng duretso dyan sa amin ang sabi pa ng magdedeliver is baka abutan 4months kung walang sasalubong?

Box request and box pick-up i really appreciate.but i have complaint against loading and departure to philippines since April 05 2022 you pick up my Box until now no any update on your Track & Trace System wake guys im not new to your cargos company but this time i was totally disappointed your servcie (almost one 1 month in your warehouse my box one 1 month in cargo ship & one 1 month in philippines warehouse) is it your service now GP.

Im sooo dissapointed until now my box didn't send yet in my family its been almost 2months, i send it last yeart dec. 21 202. I messaged their chat box but no body's answering me why it takes to long, im soo worrying about the food that they should receive immediately.

Im so disappointed to Gp cargo. It takes 2 MONTHS BEFORE MY FAMILY REceive the box and they receive only the small or bulilit box which i send the GP giant and bulilit, paano nangyari na mgkahiwalay ang box iisa ang resibo nian.and until wla ako nakukuha matino sagot sa inyo.

GP do a very good job. They get the boxes quickly and deliver as soon it arrives. During Covid time it’s hard to control the cargo chain. Other companies have the same problems.
