Dr. Amna is such a great doctor. My daughter was sick and Dr Amna cured her very well. She did marvelous job and same day my daughter feels better. They are punctual and well trained staff. Highly recommended Grace Home Health Service

Great experience! Made a same-day appointment on Grace Housecall Doctor and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. The Doctor they sent was great and gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will be back and would recommend the practice! Super Satisfied!

We had a flight to catch the very morning our little boy got sick. Dr. Zareen not only listened keenly and patiently to everything we had to say, but also prescribed the right treatment. Our little boy had an amazing flight home and has continued to do well. Thank you Dr. Zareen.

I absolutely recommend this service. The doctor and nurse were very helpful and very instructional to the point. They were very friendly and happy to answer additional questions regarding the health matter as well. This helped me to better prepare for prevention of the health matter again. I would seek their service again if need be.

I feel they take advantage of a person being in a vulnerable and sick state to charge over inflated prices.
The cost of the treatment was not provided to me before it was administered, and I was so sick I was also not in a position to challenge it after. Their prices are so expensive they are making huge profits at the expense of their patients.
I understand they are a house call doctor but my insurance company provided me with the DHA drug price list after they rejected 90% of my claim and the prices that Grace House call are charging is obscene. I had also tried on multiple occasions to contact management to discuss my concerns further but all my messages are being ignored. I would not recommend using this company at all unless you are not bothered to be robbed for the price of medicine.

Dr Sumaira is the best doctor I can advice she's professionnel and she even was answering to my messages late because I was felling so sick she's realy a hero she bring me life again am really thankful for her she's kind and she know how to analyse situation

I'm very sorry I called them. They just turned up, took 200 aed and left, doing nothing but trying to sell regular medicines at 6 times the normal price.

Really quick and professional. Dr Sumaira checked up on me everyday and the nurses were clean and professional.
The only downside is that it would be good to know the prices upfront. It can get very expensive. But if you have good insurance you can claim this back. Thank you!

Dr. Sumaira was very kind to solve my condition in timeframe of 2-3 days even on her day-off and she provided me with all the assistance needed to get my prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory for my condition. I had excellent nurse along with her who injected me with medicine all at the location i was. As for the price, it was just like the emergency prices for visitors flying new to Dxb.
