Terrible service, terrible restaurant and terrible employees. They didn’t allow me to sit outside in the front because its for “dinner only” while the other people next to me is having coffee.and they lie saying its the malls policy when i just went to the next restaurant and they let me sit in the front with no problem. Very rude response for simply wanting to sit in the table for 30 minutes.

The place is amazing the service was excellent big shout out to the waiter Joel from uganda he was a star he made our day smiling all the time making me and my family feel at home he is very generous and very helpful thank you for everything i wish all restaurant staff are like you we will make sure to visit again just because of the wonderful Joel

An excellent dinning facility with outstanding service. The 70° of happiness is a MUST try dessert and was just the best. 10/10 and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice time out and chill in Dubai Mall.

لو فيه اكثر من خمس نجوم يستحق مكان جميل واطلاله ولا اروع على نوافير برج خليفة. تعامل الموظفين في غاية اللطف. خدمتهم سريعين جدا لطيفين بالتعامل قدموا ايسكريم لاطفالي ضيافه من عندهم شكرا لكم. طلبي كان كابتشينو 70 Degrees مع صوص تشوكلت جدا لذيذ وكل المكان بما فيه جميل شكرا لكم. ضيوفكم من السعودية.

If there are more than five stars, it deserves a beautiful place and a wonderful view of the Burj Khalifa fountains. The place is beautiful. Thank you. Your guests from Saudi Arabia.

There were two at the door, wearing black dresses, and they were rude to us and didn't welcome us well and when we stayed outdoor they asked us to move inside because we didn't order dinner and they were other people who also didn't order dinner and still stayed outside

Ok, best part is the balcony views but dessert and coffee is average, prefer L’eto the floor below

مدير المحل اسلوبه غير جيد، جعلوني انتظر اكثر من ٢٠ دقيقه ولما سالت هل جهزت الطاوله قال لن نعطيك طاوله في الخارج اصلا بسبب ان طلبك سيكون قهوه وحلا.

This venue has the perfect spot to view the wonderful Dubai Fountains. Sadly, the dining experience was in an entirely different league from its location.

Before posting this, I assure you that I have tried everything to communicate with the manager and operators of the restaurant and just been ignored.

My visit was at the end of March. Consideration and patience was given to a delayed reply, but as of today, I have still not heard from the company and want to warn you about our experience.

I am disappointed and angry with myself for paying for such a disgraceful meal and customer service experience.

Firstly the service, when we were seated, was slow and non-engaging. We were given a smashed and non-responsive iPad to view the menu with no instruction, just a "here you go" approach, this may be fine for some people, but I did not find it particularly intuitive.

While we struggled to negotiate the iPad, no help, assistance, or drinks were offered. Eventually, after beckoning, someone came and took an order. My drink arrived, my wife's didn't, we had to ask again. Then the table was laid, with cutlery for me only. What was my wife supposed to do, use her fingers?

Finally, after nearly an hour, the food arrived, well mine did, again we had to wait for my wife's to be brought out and all the time mine was getting cold.

My wife had a chicken skewer, the whole skewer had been heated, even the handle, she burnt her hand, no appology or help. My pizza was swimming in sauce and soft and soggy.

I tried to get the attention of the waiter and was ignored. I ate some of the pizza, my wife had some and came to same conclusion.

We requested the bill, that came quick enough!

I challenged this with the waiter, I told him it's the worst meal I have ever had in Dubai, he laughed took my money and showed me out.

After not receiving any satisfaction from the onsite staff, I wrote in, received one reply and was the ignored.

So whilst they are in prime position for the dancing fountains which are amazing, I wouldnt go back for food!

Service is very bad, i went for breakfast and the guy is taking thr order dont know ehat is black tea or english breakfast tea! Also when I choose items he says is finished choose another.

Very bad experience. The coffee was so bad cold and expensive without any test.the cake frozen. Not recommended at all

Good place to watch the fountain show. The service was not very nice, we were brought somebody's order several times. Tasty cookies and coffee. High prices.

The ambience is cool and breathe taking, fountain views are incredible from the terrace, And to all italian food lovers its the best place to dine. The staff is lovely and welcoming.

Highly suggested if you want to rest with a view. But if your idea is to have a coffee or have a bite, then go somewhere else! It took 10 minutes to catch the attention of a server only to discover we had to scan a QR code hidden on the top of the tissue box. Scanned the code, made our selection and wasted the next ten minutes trying to catch the attention of someone to place our order. Left the place disappointed and hungrier than before, but happy for the spectacular view.

Netter Service. Das Essen war gut, der Burger ging so. Die Preise sind teuer. Dafür ist die Location traumhaft und einmalig.

The customer service is a disaster. After we were placed inside we had to wait 20mn almost after asking many time to get the menu.
Once we were ready to order we again ask many times to the staff to start ordering but they simply ignored us. We just left out and nobody took care about.
Staff is kind of disrespectul, we'll never go there again!

First of all, no one could clean the table. Then, we asked for the menu 3 TIMES, no one brought it, we were waiting for about 25 minutes. Nobody was going to approach us.

My new favorite caffe of all time. The hostess was so sweet and sat us outside with the perfect view of the fountain. We loved the fountain shows, great food, coffee and dessert. Their strawberry cake was incredible! Thanks to the amazing hostess for being so kind to us!

We are just at this restaurant whereby having our brunch. The service is awful even though the food is delicious. The waiter had mixed up the order, and we were in three and had asked egg benedict, grilled prawn salad, chicken caesar salad and one omelette. We received two portions of egg benedict, simply one additional but the rest is correct. Once again, instead of two orange juice and a sprite, we received one orange juice and a spirit. Even for the 2nd time, they didn't get it right. For the 3rd time, they had to send another person to retake the soft drinks order. My husband wanted to speak with the manager; hence no one bothered to come and check. There is no even a simple apology for the mistake from the waiter’s side. In a premium location like the Dubai Mall facing the water fountain with delicious food, they degrade their service standards. We are waiting to see if they had charged for their mistake. Will be updating it later with pictures.

One of the worst cafe experiences that I have ever had. I waited for 1 hour to get a coffee! Nothing special about coffee that needs to take an hour. Also, they didn’t clean the table nor nothing

Service sub par JP the server wasn't too helpful and had a bad attitude, over priced and not worth it. Go to L'eto or any other cafe downstairs

One of the best views on the Dubai mall fountain, you can see all the fountains and part of Burj Khalifa. Loved their 70% of happiness dessert.

The interior design is very decent and spacious.

Went in to speak with a staff member surprisingly ended up approaching the supervisor i enquired about a dessert and he just totally ignored me after acknowledging me and saying high. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour would leave no stars if i could

Lovely cafe overlooking the fountain lake area. Very good afogato. Their pasta is ok and comes in big servings.

The only appreciation would go to Kristina & Jenya who tried to help us go through the menu and suggest other options.

Below average coffee and sweet, we ordered the best seller sweet 7 degree and it was very bad.the taste of the melted chocolate is bad and smells funny. 2 of the staff asked about our opinion and when we answered they didnt like it and not even apologized or offered something else. I wouldn't recommend you go therr and waste your money.

Great place to have a coffee with a panoramic view. Culinary speaking, special congratulations to the chef for the recipe and preparation of the tiramisu. A very delicious pastry.

Paying AED 37 for a below average Turkish coffee is never justified. With so many better options for less money, it is hard to recommend this place to anyone.

I went there for breakfast with my family … I had high expectations based on the ambiance and some of the reviews of the place however unfortunately they were not met. The breakfast was ok, nothing really special about it. We ordered hot Spanish lattes but received iced instead. I was also disappointed that they told us they don’t serve croissants for breakfast although it was part of the dishes in the menu. The restaurant was empty and they only served our table, but the service was still slow.it took 20-25 minutes for them to serve our breakfast. I would say that most people visit the cafe when other restaurants have a long queue. The place definitely needs improvement in terms of service, food quality, and customer satisfaction.

The service was great with amazing hospitality. Came for deserts, and ordered a 70-degree desert, and a French toast. All of the food was amazing, and delicious.

Had extra hot nous nous as the choice of drinks, one was with normal milk, and the other was in almond milk. The normal one was received hot, but the almond milk one was in the normal temperature, had to call them again to make the coffee hot as we ordered.

Will make sure to visit once again for breakfast.

Very discriminative people, i was not even attended once for the last 15 minutes, thy r always interested in arabs and Russians, will never visit there again, i visited them on 19/05/2020, time: 22: 00, though it was not a thursday, friday or Saturday

Very nice place to have coffee I tried coffee latte was good and strawberry cake was amazing.but little hot outside.

Food was ok but not overwhelmingly awesome. I was especially unhappy with the „berry berry“ drink which tasted like a watered berry. Anyways the view down to the water show is very good and the staff was awesomely kind.

I would like to recognize Mr. Matam for his great assistance and amazing Customer Service. Mr. Matam great us nicely during busy time and managed to help us finding outdoor table upon our request, we will definitely come back more times.
