The food was perfect; I haven't tasted such great food in a long time. Great value for money. The service was excellent and the attendants were just so amazing. The atmosphere was just heavenly.

Steak I had was very grissley the burger was great on another visit service was poor we were staying in the hotel all inclusive we were told we could get one beer the first night we went the other night we were told we couldn't get any drink on another visit we were told only soft drinks were available

Thanks for nice and friendly managements and staffs. Perfect & warm hospitality. High quality meat and beverages with valued prices. Highly recommended. We use their services for group of friends gathering, business dinner with partners, birthday surprises and many other occasions.

I think this is my best ladies night in Dubai. Sipho was beyond amazing. Genuine and kind. Everyone was.from the hostess. The place was relaxing. Not your common ladies night but had the best time out. If you’re looking for a unpretentious night I suggest this Grand Grill

This place is a disaster. We were 7 ppl with different meat orders and it was all not good.
These guys have no idea how to prepare meat. I ordered a Prime rib, which was not even a Prime rib. Moreover, it was written in the menu that meat will be 700 gr, that’s why we decided to share it with a few ppl, but in reality it was far away from this.
They pretend to be a premium place, but in reality the price doesn’t match the food quality. This is only a premium place to ruin your evening.
There were only 2 good things: they removed all the food from the bill and the waiter was very nice. Do not recommend this place!

The worst steakhouse in Dubai! Can’t say anything bad about the service, our waiter was great and trying to make everything better. But as for the quality of the food…. Totally overpriced for what you’re actually getting. South African fillet steak was so dry and chewy, completely impossible to eat. Only wine and water was good, that’s all I can say:) There are so many other good steakhouses in Dubai where the price matches the quality. And it’s definitely not the Grand Grill.

My friend's and I had the following

Set Menu 3 course meal, exclusive for the ladies.

All you can eat chicken and bbq ribs, exclusive for the gents.

Both the aforementioned options come with free flow drinks, including alcohol.

The food quality was way better than what we expected for the price. Everything was well cooked and seasoned.

The staff is friendly and accommodating and attentive. If you want something, just ask, and they do their best to accommodate you.

The general atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxed and quite pleasant.

I would 100% recommend Grand Grill for anyone who's looking to just have a nice evening with friends or family without breaking the bank.

Came here for ladies night, but food was not that good to be honest! Meat? Looked old and not fresh, I won’t recommend it

Average food, very pleasant staff with the exception of the rude ‘Captain’ - the rudest I have ever encountered on my travels. He was vile and condescending to me and his staff members in front of customers for no reason. Reported to management who was polite and assured me that action would be taken

We had our best meal of the holiday here.
Chicken liver starter.
And steak main was fab.
Malva pudding dessert gorgeous.

This restaurant needs to improve immensely service, quality, hospitality starters are very poor quality main course is just about ok, deserts not given with the right mix and old
Habtoor needs to let then know to make the quality better or it brings them down.

Went there on Friday and they have a couple meal offer for this day where you get steak, ribs, and lamb ribs. In addition to starter salads and drinks for 350.

Asmaa is the worst in this place, she came and was so rude to us out of everyone in the lounge because my wife was laughing!

Chilled place amazing steaks. The the atmosphere is verry chilled nice to wiine and dine. African vibes are popping.

Truly one of the best spots in Dubai. Their ladies night on a Tuesday is always a fun night out. The food is amazing, the service is exceptional, and the team always makes special occasions and celebrations memorable.

Restaurant located inside the Habtoor Grand resort. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff, unfortunately the food was not great and the service a but slow considering that there was few tables to serve. My fillet (medium) was really hard and chewy and burnt on the top, same for the burger a bit dry but huge in size. Tuna steak was lovely but again tasted of charcoal.

Went for the Ladies & Gents night. What a diamond in the Marina this is!

Very poor food. Worse management, clearly no idea what service means and had no care for patrons. Even blatantly lied to her manager who could not care when she was caught out. Stay far away.

Went for the Friday brunch. Simply awesome. Great staff, heaps of meat, and simply great value. It's not a party place so the concentration is on the food, but it definitely hits the mark. Would happily go again.

Based on my NYE experience, the place is poorly managed by a manager who has excuses.

Arrived at 2030hrs received my dinner at 2349hrs. The loneliest steak in the middle east, was overcooked, no seasoning and to top it off cold when served. The only decent thing I put in my mouth was the bread and the ribs from kids menu.
NYE complimentary drink was served after bringing in the New year.

Since the manager had no clue how to control guests from enjoying their night. He decided to turn the music off before midnight, so we sat in a non ambient atmosphere.

The best part he has the audacity to tell me, that I will come back to his establishment, instead of apologizing for his clueless behavior and lack of management. At least I started my New Year with the ultimate joke.

Conclusion: Never going to visit this place again.

Absolutely fantastic. They sang happy birthday to our friend and then Sho Sholoza after which was such an amazing surprise! Really great food and great atmosphere. Service from the guys was perfect. Will go back for sure!

Friday Brunch: one word, Fantastic!
This South African themed restaurant has the best food, the best drinks and the best staff.
I cannot recommend this enough to anybody looking for a quality Friday Brunch. It is not even expensive.

I am very disappointed with Mr. Paul, his customer service is below radar.i am unhappy based on the tone he used to address a situation, I feel that he should pull up his socks and work on how to communicate with customers.

GREAT OFFER ON LADIES & GENTS NIGHT ON TUESDAYS – AMAZING FOOD!

The Grand Grill is located in the Habtoor Grand Hotel in the Dubai Marina.

They have valet parking in the hotel which is free of charge if you are visiting the restaurant.

We visited the restaurant as we heard about their new "Ladies & Gents" nights on a Tuesday evening and the offer seemed too good to miss.

Ladies can enjoy a 3 course set menu (including a fillet steak for the main course) as well as select free-flowing beverages all evening for just AED 125 (£25). Gents can enjoy all you can eat chicken & ribs for just AED 115 or AED 185 (£37) with 4 beverages included.

We made a reservation in advance as we imagined (with an offer like this) the restaurant would be quite busy – we were right! We arrived at the restaurant and it had a great vibe and even better atmosphere. The lighting was dimmed, décor was sophisticated and it had a very romantic ambience.

We were greeted by a friendly waiter who seated immediately. We had a great table, right beside the kitchen, meaning you could see the chefs cooking the food fresh. He helped us with our menu choices and explained the ladies & gents night offers in more detail.

The food was delicious - one of the best steaks we have tasted for a while and the heaped plate of chicken and ribs was enough to feed an entire football team, there was more than enough to keep us satisfied.

The restaurant has a great aura and has a romantic feel. It is perfect for a special occasion or a date. There were also families there in the booths enjoying a nice evening together so it really is suitable for everyone (and the perfect choice if you are staying in the hotel). It's also great for a friends dinner or girls night out as the atmosphere makes it very flexible.

Overall we loved our visit to The Grand Grill and have already recommended it to several friends, we can't wait to visit again!

I read very good things about this place, but for me it was a disappointment.
We need to wait long long time for the waiters.
And we can’t get respect and attention.

Excelent for a good juicy steak, have some wine or simply grab a beer. Mind the dress code. Employees were a little bit picky because I was wearing a cap.

Loved it! Food was amazing, He staff was so kind. The only "bad" thing was the long wait for the food, but overcall a very good experience.

Dry and extremely overpriced steak. Chicken was good but no better than the chicken from spinnies that is 1/4 the price. Very poor lighting outside. Ordered drinks during happy hour and charged full price because we asked for the bill after it ended. Paid 600 for moderate food at best. I've been to many places that surpass this place by leaps and bounds at a fraction of the price. Don't waste time or money here.

Been here many times. Very good steak and the atmosphere is really good, the guys are very friendly and entertaining, recommend this restaurant for nice relaxing evening, especially outside in the winter. (Only one issue this evening was that there was no amirulah in the amirula cheesecake!)
