I am posting this review mainly because of your pharmacist, Arshad, at this branch who has been exceptionally helpful each and every time I visited. His cheerful nature instantly puts customers at ease and he always ensures that the visitor gets the right medicine, no matter how complicated one's symptoms may be. He is empathetic, listens carefully and if the recommendation is out of his scope he does not impose and instead requests that you to consult with the nearest doctor. Even if the pharmacy is busy, which it usually is in the evenings, he makes it his duty to individually attend to all customers and tries his best to give them all equal attention. Ever-alert in ensuring the patient's convenience (taking special care of the elderly, pregnant women, children, etc.), he is an ideal example of what a pharmacist should be. Five stars to him for maintaining an enthusiastic attitude in a profession that can be mundane at times, excellent work ethic, professionalism and exceptional customer care!
