Bought a casing + cpu + motherboard + liquid cooler + and some other parts in january and I had a problem with the motherboard but they replaced it for me under 5 minutes and since then everything is running perfectly fine!

Fantastic customer service. Ordered Fanatec CS wheel base 2.5, Formula V2 rim and V3 inverted pedals. After ordering, I was told the rim was not in stock. They instead provided an ex display model (Formula) and will later exchange for the V2 rim when in stock. Above and beyond expectations, really great. WhatsApp discussions at all hours, and fast delivery. Highly recommended!

Check your orders they are delivering wrong order. At first it is like your actual order but when you check and see they are giving the same style but different model. They did this many times to our company.

These guys saved the day and built 2 computers over the weekend for a beginning of the week delivery. They are very knowledgeable and their prices are great. I will continue to give them busines when possible.

Great sales staff. I find most of everyone apart from a handful in al ain center quite incompetent. Rahees and Fysal from Grand Link Gate are really great blokes, understand and smart with their recommendation.
Do ask for them if you decide to go there.

I've purchased things for office & my home gaming stuff, and their prices are always good. Assembly and delivery times are fast, and interms of complications they understand quite well. Luckily i haven't had any warranty claims so can't speak on how grand link would respond to that.

That being said, i wish they had a better collection of pc cases, it's a bit lacking and there is a bit more variety around them and online shops (microless etc). But if you are okay with the mainstream brands (nzxt, corsair), i'd highly highly recommend these folks.

I had a complex PC to build with custom watercooling loop and most of the parts were not even available one the market.
I contacted 3 stores in UAE because i had a friend flying in for a week and needed someone to prepare the parts and test them ahead.
GCC were the most reactive and accompanied me with every step of the process while sending me regular updates. They were able to find all the necessary parts in time, and even proposed better ones. These guys know what they are doing.
They even tested the critical parts (PSU/Motherboard/CPU/RAM), made videos of the tests, and sent them to me before repacking the whole thing. Premium service! Thank you Engineer Mohamed Alnajjar.
