It was one horrible experience for a camera service center, trusting them was really a bad idea. First, repairs were suppose to be working 15days and took them over a month, had i not called to Check on the status they wouldn't have called me back. Second, they gave a very questionable diagnosis of the camera which made me cancel the repair. Lastly i sent my camera for 2 issues and after a month they only gave 1 answer for 1 issue which clearly indicates that they didnt really looked at the camera from the very beginning. Wouldn't really recommend for a camera repair.

Thank you to Professor Peter and Ahmed Ali for the good reception. Unfortunately, my problem with my D700 camera, an old model, has been solved
The place is far from the center of Dubai. 150 dirhams are charged for inspection and examination on the camera only.

A complete joke. Already the process of dropping my camera at the store took forever. There was at least 5 staffs and only 3 clients, but everyone was trying to do a bit of everything so it took like 20 min! Although the diagnostic was supposed to take 10 days, one full month later still no news. When I called, the first answer was that the technician is charge was on holidays.then the next excuse was that they had to order a spare part and it had not arrived yet (mind you at that stage I haven't even approved a quotation for repair). I asked for a lead-time, the person on the phone had no clue. I insisted and he told me 5 days, just to give me a random answer. I lost it, and he finally admitted he had no idea, couldn't give me a deadline and will call back when he has updates! Ridiculous customer support.

Wish I could give less then 1 star! These people are just useless.
As usual giving wrong information, ask 1 person it will tell you something while the other will tell you complete opposite.
Their services staff is completely useless, arrogant and just not helpful.

Worst customer service pathetic people. I bought a washing machine from Lulu and the grandstore delivered the damaged piece after 3 days. And now it's been 10 days, I'm following up with them everyday still didn't get the replacement they promised.

All the days they keep transferring from one to another and at the end to a number which switched off. Please don't waste your money & time wirh them.

I'm registering a complain against them to government consumers dispute cell.

IS THE SERVICE CENTER OPEN? The websites states it is open, Yet there is no answer. We have been calling every store in the UAE and no one can actually give the right information about the service center operations time. Deira City center said it is open, Grand Digital says it is closed.

My camera has been handed in for a sensor cleaning with a promise to be ready in three days. Nine days later when I went there to pick up the camera, I am told the technician contracted COVID. (That can happen) You think a company with any customer care service would notify their customers of the delay.

Extremely unprofessional and disappointing service from a high brand product like Nikon. I ‘ll think twice before I purchase anything again from GRAND STORES.

Pathetic!
More than two weeks and i didn’t receive a call back regarding my item. After two attempts I asked Christine about the status. No parts available and technician is waiting for the spares. When asked what is the problem? No answer. Such a shameful service from Grand stores. My expectations with Grand stores was higher but then they failed miserably. Fun fact is there is no responsible person, only the call attendant and technician. High time they need some one who takes responsibilities and fix customer issues.

Authorised service centre for Fujifilm camera. I had an issue of grains while taking still or video. Met TECHNICHIN Mr. Munis, a very nice person, spend around 15 minutes explaining the basics of Fujifilm Camera XS1, infact the camera was working perfectly and setting was wrong. Here i saved some money bcz i went to professional company and hence they gave the correct advice. I suggest to go here for getting professional service.

Gave the camera and has asked me to wait for 2weeks for further updates, and a service charge of AED 157.50
