The food is good but the service I experienced today was purely demeaning.
-5 mins in: waiting staff passed me by at least 3 times and I dont have a menu
-10 mins in: I still don't have a menu and the waiting staff has served meals tables near my table
-15 mins in: I still don't have a menu and i am trying to make eye contact with the waiting staff
- 20 mins in: I still don't have a menu. I thought it would be funny if I could call in my order.called them 3 times and they didn't pick my call

Very authentic and tasty Kerala cuisine. Especially their Mutton Stew, Kallappam, cutlet and beef fry.

I often take delivery from here since my workplace is nearby. But I suggest to go there for dine in. Beef biriyani not like before but the fish meal is the best. Clean and a good environment. Different cuisines are available too.

I have always complained for the quality, always sorry, sorry nothing happened.some food is good, some are not.dine-in is better ul hv good service and quality plus all the staff are polite.

They are not equipped in welcoming customer when it's high traffic. Waited 20 min, to take order and more than 1 hour with no food delivered. No idea on how the food tastes as I cancelled my order. I would not recommend if you have infant or your hungry as it will just make it more worse

The place is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. I like that you can buy a lot of food with a variety of choices on their menu at a reasonable price. It's definitely not like other restaurants that you can only get a small amount of food for the money you spend and with these said I will definitely be back to eat more.

The other day at Grand Treat I had my daughters ’5th birthday dinner party. The food was absolutely delicious! We all really enjoyed everything served on our plates and couldn’t have made our party even more better! That is why we recommend them to everyone! If you need choices, ask the staff there according to your tastes and they will definitely recommend the best dishes.

We went there on weekend.parking was free. We tried cocktail biriyani tandoori chicken roti etc.food was delicious. Nice ambiance for family.specially on weekend.not much rush.

With immense pleasure I am writing this review, because we had a wonderful time dining in. A must visit place. First and foremost they don’t let you feel any less, honestly they tried their maximum to make us feel comfortable and treated every customer in the same way so all could easily blend in. Must admit its great place to hang out with friends or family.

Ambiance & Cleanliness: Extremely clean and hygienic. All pandemic management precautions are well taken care off. Peaceful ambience with no unnecessary bright lights or loud music add to the charm. Definitely a perfect choice in whatever mood you may be. Maintenance was so good that we almost felt it was very recently opened.

Staff: Well trained and polite staff they were ready to explain the dishes ‘n’ number of times and were very attentive towards each needs, unlike sitting and waiting for service like mercy in many other places. That’s definitely worth an appreciation.

Food & Service: Fresh packets of cutlery were provided with each course of food, which was quite unique and remarkable. Each food was served without much ado making sure not to break the flow and were keen to remove leftovers every now and then.
Food was definitely one among the best we had so far. Usually in Indian / Asian restaurant the Biryanis’ and other stuffs will be served under different names but the overall masalas, taste and flavors used to be the same. We expected same scenario here too, but trust me if u are a biriyani lover you will be really moved by the flavors. We had both north and south indian dishes and I should say all of them were served in soo authentic way with right choice and mixture of spices.
If you are a group of people having different personal favorites or different time zone, Just give a try and you won’t regret.
Overall freshness of fruits and vegetables could be felt right from the salad to dessert. Meats were very tender and juicy, properly cooked without any overdo. At the end they even allowed us to pick different combination for juices apart from those listed in the menu.
Overall experience was so special and too good. Will definitely recommend to friends and will definitely visit again.

Customer service quality is very very bad. The staff is very rude and act like they have no interest. Food is below average. Definitely a very below standard place

Food quality is average, some popular dishes are good but their menu is so varied that they can not maintain the quality or taste.

Service is absolutely abysmal, I have ordered several times hoping things improve and to give them a chance but time and time again they are unprofessional and unapologetic. Last and final time I ordered it took 2 hours for me to receive my simple order and it tasted terrible.

One of the best casual dining restaurant of Dubai, serving authentic North Indian foods in very reasonable rate.

Hanap nyo ba ay Filipino foods punta na sa grand treat restaurant and cafe, mura na masarap pa! Meron din panghimagas cheese cakes, muffins, maja blanca.

It was a disastrous experience! I waited for 45 minutes for an beef biryani! And the taste was awful! Not recommend this restaurant at all!

I must confess i dont generally believe in writing reviews abt restaurant, but a sincere restaurant like Grand treat restaurant deserves all the praise for their efforts which i hve observed in a years time with my colleagues. Seriously a genuine restaurant which still give priority for quality, cleaniness, maintaining the authenticity of all a cuisines ranging from continental, chinese, filipino, indian food or be it secret flavour G- Tea and availing the same in a very affordable rate which is really a boon for a common people especially in business bay area where either the restaurant is expensive or the food is extremely inedible for health forcing the working class to order from far places or bring food from home. I am not trying to exaggerate things as anybody can see the rush in the restaurant during lunch hour and serious joy on the face of the customers. More importantly even the ambience and spacious aspect of this restaurant is unbeatable which is really requirement during this COVID times of the restaurant. Highly recommended restaurant!

New restaurant in business bay area, It’s an Indian restaurant with different menu which consists of English breakfast, Arabian delight, Indian food and Pilipino food.
Interior and theam of restaurant is nice, it’s a quite and calm dining place.
Food taste is good but portion of food is less, price of dish is good and not that much expensive.
Staff is good and decent.
Location of restaurant is prime next to Dubai Islamic bank, But the parking in Burlington Tower is 30 minutes free then after 5/-Aed for hour.

Me and my colleagues visited Grand Treat as it’s a newly opened restaurant near our office and we wanted to try something new. The food is great and so affordable! We’re definitely ordering and visiting again. All the staff were also very accommodating. Thanks Grand Treat!

Do try the G-Tea, Afghani Prawns and Coconut pudding. These are the must try dishes here. We ordered about 10 dishes and all were perfectly cooked and very presentable. Very reasonably priced and the quantity is sufficient for 1-2 people. Fine dining experience at a casual priced restaurant.

I was with family at Grand treat restaurant yesterday night. The food was absolutely wonderful, from preparation to presentation. We especially enjoyed the Beef dry fry, kallappam, Egg moli, prawns drumstick curry, soup and G- Tea (which is special and trust so it can’t be available any where in Dubai). Great value for price, we highly recommend it.
