The worst attitude of the lady who took the order. Havent experienced this anywhere in my 15 yr stay in UAE. Just placed a simple order of chicken tikka platter and when called after 1 hr the same lady who took my order took the call and just ignored the follow up request and another 2 calls followed by this we were confirmed it is out for delivery.very very bad customer service. After all this when the delivery arrived was further disappointed with the uncooked chicken.will never ever place order here.

Poor service. Won't even consider this take order if the customer is single. Need to wait alot

Good ambience. I ordered kerala meals, the food was tasty but the only problem they are following buffet system for Kerala meal. I think there is staff shortage to serve the food

Well i m not very much into posting reviews but Whn I get bad service I post it. I heard lot for this restaurant so I thought to order frm here but they disappointed me very badly i ordered Chinese cuisine wch was kk kk fried rice was tasteless halka noodles was Kk kk and the main part I order for triple shezwan rice from here they confirmed my order nd send me something pathetic of 25 aed don’t knw what it was it was sweet Chinese gravy with fried noodles (very very bad) manchow soup was also kk Kk Will give 3/10 nd fish finger were nice plz Jst want o suggest restaurant ppl if u don’t understand what the customer want plz don’t accept order nd plz keep a well knowledgeable person for order taking who can take orders properly…ty will never order frm here again

We have been visiting this restaurant ever since this opened in discovery gardens quiet long ago, earlier this used to be kind of fine dine where a manager with suit and tie is seen, now this has became any other regular regular with fast service, one thing is the food test and quality is amazing

It used to be a very good place for Indian Food. I haven’t been to this place for 3-4 years as I live in a different area now. As I was passing by Discovery Garden, I decided to visit my favourite place. Decided to have tea and snacks today. Tea was good but they served it cold (the staffs were busy having loud conversation and trust me it was annoying). The cutlets and the Samosas were awfully bad and we didn’t finish it. Informed the staff about the bad quality of food and he directed me to the Manager. Manager gave some silly excuses about the noise in the shop and still the food quality couldn’t be justified. Will never try the restaurant again.

Good place and good food. Could have lowered the temperature a bit because even though the AC was on people were sweating.

Honesty bit overpriced and dishes are not upto the mark. However the facilities are well maintained. Even one person will range 30-50 AED.

They have the worst customer service. I ordered food around 12.30 i didn’t get even after 3 o clock. Every time we call them, they said within 5 minutes I can get it. I called them more than 6 times and they keep me on line without responding properly. Disgusting customer service. At least they should not lie us.if they cant deliver it on proper time they should inform us. Never gonna order

Bought pothichoru (special) today from green chilli.honestly saying that was the worst pothichoru I ever had. Taste was very bad all curries are saltless.they mix all gravies inside the pothi and I couldn't understand which curries included in it. Packing guy should need to learn how to pack pothichoru?

I have visited with family. Whatever items on the menu we have asked were not available. The staff behaved like we have only selected items, if you want take it or leave. Not customer friendly.

I had a Chana masala today they took 15 dhs so this hotel only for rich people like rich.
Like hotel inside malls. They charging for curry expensive so guys normal people can’t afford.

Firstly as I entered there were spilled tea or something on the floor (which is ok I can understand) after that I entered the wash and that was the worst decision. It smelled awful.

Food was average and attitude of the staffs, average too.

Bought beef curry, chicken curry and porotta yesterday and the food taste was very poor. My first and last order.

They never deliver on time. When you follow up they will lie by saying it’s almost there but it never is. Never going to order again. One of the worst experience ever

They have best service team in Discovery garden I have visited all the outlet in Discovery garden street 1 but i think the best service and food is only available in green chilli as they have very vastly curated menu which has all the option you can imagine from Indian food from all perks and corner of indian best dishes are south indian dishes. And lunch buffet best in street 1.

Bad. Found plastic wire in my Tawa chicken.brought it to the attention of the staff. He took it with him and never heard back from him. No apologies extended. At the end the manager came to ascertain satisfaction and I asked him if he knows about the plastic piece. It was shocking to hear him say No and again left without apologising. Probably it seems like this is their standard ingredient and pathetic service is a norm. A few service staff are good though

The worst food test I have tried in my life! I’m already not feeling well because of it.
The food was smells bad and I don’t know even what they send me I ordered 2 different club sandwiches and I received something totally different and both ordered same. I eat half one and I throw the rest.

I am a regular customer.everyday the service is getting worst and worst.delivery is always delayed.when you call them to followup, always making excuses.i always call them for my order at 11am and the delivery came at 1: 14pm

Indian, Indian Chinese & Mughlai food. Decent food but during peak times they forget to attend u and u have to call 2/3 times to get what I want.

It's a non veg restaurant in Discovery Gardens. They have variety of chicken items. Chicken Nirachath (21 aed) with Appam is a tasty combo.
Some items like Chicken Full varatharachath is worse (28 aed). You are not able to eat the chicken due to over fry.
Rates are high and not matching the taste.

You need to get lucky. Food is awesome.some days and terrible others. Overall decent Mallu food but take hours to deliver

I ordered chicken pulav, forget about the taste looks wise worst, it seems like fried rice, taste worst, i dint even eat 2 bites, dont buy chiken pulaav in green chillies, worst taste i have ever tasted

I ordered chicken biryani and they gave me mutton. I asked for a replacement and and I got 5 chicken leg bones! I seriously doubt they give some leftover!

Lunch Buffet unapitizing looks not sure if the taste defied it. Can't blame pandemic times I suppose. Place was known earlier for better ambiance. Hope it returns soon to better times.

Good restaurant within the discovery gardens. Ample parking is a plus and very nicely behaving staff. Breakfast buffet and lunch combos are attractive. Budget friendly and tasty cusines.

Delayed delivery and worst service. Make me to wait almost 2 hour and rude attitude towards customers.

If you ordering lunch, order it in the morning, as they take more than an hour to deliver it in the same area. Very unprofessional.

We tried this restaurant for a change. Ordered Malabar Fish Gravy along with Kerala Parottas, Fish Polichathu & Chicken Polichathu.
All the dishes were good in quality and quantity and well worth the price tag!
Will surely order again from them.

Edit: Ordered Mutton Kali Mirch and it was excellent as well

A nice and economical South Indian restaurant in Discovery Gardens near Flavours Supermarket. Popular for South Indian non-veg cuisines & verity of special fresh juices.

I cll to chillies restaurant for IDLi, Vada & Rava masala Dosa around 6: 35 am & after my order taken I ask how long it will take to delivery order taker told me 30 to 35 min & I received know 8: 05am. Sorry but it's very very bad service

One of my favorite places to go to. Its starters are good and chicken biryani is a must-try, really good. The main course options are average. They have a sizzler as well, which I would rate decent. All in all probably the best place in all of Discovery Gardens.

Very Good experience. I’m one of the regular Customer. Also ordering foods through Zomato. Friendly Staff. Reasonable price. Good for South Indian especially Kerala Foods. Lunch Buffet is awesome, delicious and reasonable price. I used to order Foods from there via Zomato. Delivery also on time. Kerala Style Pothichor is Very Good.

Their buffet meals are so delicious and very reasonable.will definitely go back for more.recommend this place for kerala meals.

Great Indo Chinese food. I've eaten or ordered from this restaurant many times over the last 10 years and they've always made great food.

This restaurant service is good. But there is particular delivery person who always fights.so as a customer no one expects this kind of attitude from a delivery person.younpay for your food and in addition to that you listen to this guy as if he is donating the food to you. This is highlighted to the management hope they take action on the same

Food ordered was raw and when we informed the same to the hotel guy, his reply was surprising. He said, everyone eats like this only. No one complains.

It is one of the best choice and very neat and clean restaurant in discovery gardens. I always choose for my meals from that place only. It is the first choice for me when I feel to eat from out side. I will suggest everyone to try from this place.

Ordered lunch, delivered the food at evening. Bad delivery service, if you order biryani you feel like eating raw rice biriyani.

We have visited Green chilles restaurant only one time - food was not that remarkable. The worst thing is the wash room cleanliness - wash is poorly maintained.

Good food, economical prices. They typically serve south indian food but also have options for grills, north indian and Chinese. Parking is also not an issue. The atmosphere of the dinning area is also good. A must for south indian foodies.

Good food especially south indian and malabari cuisine. They have a good buffet lunch during noon time as well.

Its a Kerala restaurant. Breakfast is always good and most of the time I prefer to order for lunch and dinner. One of the best Indian cuisines in Discovery Garden.

This place has tried to maintain some standards of quality while also keeping their prices in check. The new menu offers a wide variety of cuisine, but prepared for the Indian palate. Courteous staff and lunch-room kind of decor. Plenty of free parking.

I called in the morning to order aaloo paratha etc.for morning breakfast. The person who picked the call was not at all helpful. His response was improper and he was not at all ready to assist. I felt he picked the call with very negative mindset. At last I have to order my breakfast from another restaurant.

But i would say todays visit will be my families last visit there. Being a regular customer i know all staff here and they are very mice and polite but today when i visited with my family there was one new guy wearing red coloured uniform which i guess must b the manager. 1St when v sat on sofa seat he came and told us tht it is six seater to this we calmly got up and took another table. Later on my he just pushed my daughters cycle tht was parked outside in bushes for which also we didnt tell anything.after sometime a security came and asked whos cycle is this and since i was facing fhe door this guy started shouted at me in front of tht security.started shouting u dont understand not to park it here and all tht. My question is who made this guy a manager? Is this the way to talk to customers i told him tht my daughter might have kept it and left from thr. To see he started fighting with one more lady customer thr.
Someone has to take action against this or else one day you will loose all your customers because if this indecent and rude guy.

Great service and yummy food. The staff were so friendly and suggested me the ideal meal. Their chai was awesome too. Strongly recommend.
