Chicken grill is very good, they serve with salad, garlic paste, humus and soup is complimentary

Foods are good.actually we r your regular costumers but since we r not giving tips some of your staff was not attending or entertained us.not happened only this time but several times, even they saw us and they r free and just we reached that time but no one was there to take our order instead they tell to the service or cleaner boy to come over us.educate your staff to entertain your costumer equally.

Very poor delivery service. It's been an hour already waiting for food but till now food is not delivered and when I called the restaurant the guy talking to phone is very rude and he just doesn't care about the customer and the reputation of the restaurant. I've been ordering food from this restaurant from long time but today's service made me so much disappointed.

Wat I ordered they didn't deliver that I received wrong order very bad delivery service and order receiver on WhatsApp is also don't pay attention

Yesterday I ordered porotta and beef curry sorry to say this it was total disappointment and complete flop. It’s very tasteless and quality was too bad. Please don’t try this it’s only waste of time and money…

Sorry to say.don't even try kerala food. I try the beef curry this was the most worst curry ever eaten in my life

Good Kerala food. The paratha was fresh and beef curry was tasty. Good portion and enough for 2 people. Service is bit slow but the food copensates that.

It was best when it’s started but now taste, quality and quantity is very poor. Taste wise worst for ever I had in GCR. Kindly maintain the taste. I came from so far to eat here because of the taste I had before but it made me upset.

GCR, Satwa is one of the places with fine ambience and good food. Staff is also nice. Juices are great. A great spot for Dine in with friends.

Services are good but I don't like the food. No taste, not hot, and barbecue was dry and hard.

Ordered food from this restaurant and it took 2 hours to deliver, very pathetic service, not recommend at all.

Visited gcr last weekend in search of biriyani
The place stands near wtc
The ambiance outside is good
The washroom wasn’t neat enough
The staffs were welcoming but had to wait for the food
The food was spicy yet delicious
And was of correct quantity
Parking is always available near by

Dear GCR group, I am a regular customer at Green land karama and the Restaurant near Satwa Bus Station.
Today 8.45 pm July 2 2022, i have ordered watermelon and omelette sandwich from your satwa outlet.
Watermelon was of poor quality and ask them to improve the juice but instead of that the guy who manages there behave very badly and started shouting foul language.
We expect a better service from you, at-least provide basic training to your employees for handling customers.

Hope my opinion is heard.

It was a decent spot before. But quality and taste of biriyani went down, infact extremely down. Not at all worthy and much better biriyanis are available at the same rate.

One of the best restaurant i visited in Dubai. Very delicious food. Neat and clean environment.very good to go with family and friends. All staff are very friendly and more informative about all the dishes. Must try is Pathirakkozhi dish spicy and tasty one. Highly recommended

Very bad experience, we are regular customers of green city but today when me & my wife attended my friend’s birthday party at green city, and in the middle of our dinner manager told us that we can only sit for 2 hrs after that you have to pay extra money, and we were not informed for that. Atleast on booking they should clearify the timing so there will be no arguments and disappointments.food is delicious but the management is really very bad. For this type of big restaurant chain they should have the good staff. Felt very sorry for my friend. Very disappointing. There is no option for 0 star but its ok, this 1 star is for your food.

If you want to eat lunch then order at breakfast time coz they won't deliver it on time and make sure you are not diabetic coz the food will be very late and you will end up shivering for food, thanks to amazing service. Especially the cashiers are so nice that they don't care to give handover about food (breakfast) and they believe in blame game Especially on delivery boys, deleted their contact no.s already.chefs are good coz food is good, but make sure you order 3 hours early if you want to eat on time, th. still we are eating not yet cut the cake management informed time is only two hours when we booked nobody informed us that there is timing for party we had very bad experience we get our food take away and went home good service but bad management i would like to give them bad rating 0 star * service they have to learn and improve service we are almost 2 years their cleint but now they are service very bad we informed all our friends and family don’t go anymore green city Resturent it’s bad city restaurant now

Very bad service specially upstairs we have waited for all most one houre after the guy come n serv food ice cold then we had no choice to go we went cashier stoped us request us to sit down we made again order and even we pay for food witch earlier we order and we did not eat then we order again food down again and waiter told us now u have to wait 30 minutes more because we r too busy very bad service I will not recommend it to dine in there

Buddle fight seafood tastes horrible. If you are looking for rotten seafood on your platter this is the place to be. Cajun sauce tastes out of this world. Uncleaned crabs. Bitter ice tea.good luck!

Green city 24 hour restaurants are one of our favorite food joint. We enjoyed their foods in Karama and Oudmetha. Now good to see they extended to Satwa. Satwa has very big out door seatings, party hall and indoor seatings. Good breakfast options available.

Tried fish was ok ok, egg masala, soups are very yummy outside seating good due to more crowd need more cleanliness.

Food menu is very wide different nationalities can choose but the service and service staff is not well trained.food taste very good there is no one to control the staffs. Different nationality staffs is there they are going only to their nationalities staff have to be aware of all the items in the menu. Its good for one time try only.

Usually I would have given 3 stars owing to the service and taste of the food.it was ok ok, but the one additional star for the ambience. This place is pretty awesome for its outdoor seating. Food is ok ok and typically Keralite. Super pocket friendly.good to visit as it’s close to my work place. The service could have been better I’m stressing again because the waiter who served us was bit indifferent. The poori my friend ordered was super crispy like a papad and we have to tell him to exchange for some appams.

This place is well known for their charcoal chicken. For a change we not only tried their grills, we also tried their Biryanis and Fish Meal. Overall taste is nice and budget friendly too. The delivery was on time too.

Worst food ever, we try yesterday chicken charcol and today we are facing stomach pain it's not fresh, the taste is not similar like first day of there opening

This is the second time we order prawns nashif paratha, but sadly there is no prawns at all. We inform a lady filipino staff but no actions taken. Managers dont know how to handle situations like this (Complaints) Guys you must pay attentions to your customers! Very unprofessional.
