Green City Valley Resturant

Delivery service is very poor. Last time, they collected my money and said, Don't have change. It takes 2 days to get the change back for 100 AED, which I need to collect back from their shop by visiting. And they have many excuses, like the delivery person was on leave the next day or there was no delivery the next day. For customer satisfaction, I only give zero.

Waste waste waste, they know how to cheat a customer
They charge extra for mayonnaise 5 dhs by giving 1 dhs small container mayonnaise which is not even useful than 1 dhs ketchup packets, very poor service and management, management is very worst, they think they are the lunds.

Their food is tasty and is priced well, staff is humble and delivery is quick too. I am happy with their sevrice.

I really appreciate to green city valley as well green city valley team, your guys really doing amazing job and service, all type of breakfast, lunch and dinner very delicious and in affordable price, I double appreciate you guess give service to late night even all restaurant close but green city valley open to serve customer

Ordered beef biryani.they served with small 3 bone pieces.it doesnt worth for 14AED.

Guy on phone said he is going to send my order after 1 hour when i call back nobody answered my call after when i whats up they said delivery on the way after 30mnts they said we cannot deliver you
Waste of 2 hours

Ordered food for dinner in zomato and paid money online. I called them after 1 hour to track the delivery, hotel guy said order is on the way delivery person left already then again I waited for half an hour and called again.he said order is on the way.after 2 hours I called the restaurant, hotel guy told we cancelled the order with zomato.sorry for the wrong information like 'order on the way'

I ordered at 7.50pm and around 10pm he is telling sorry order has been cancelled by the restaurant.

In zomato status changed to order delivered but actually nothing was delivered. Finally looting people money without delivering the food.

Never order food from Green City Valley Al Quoz. Very irresponsible behaviour by the hotel staff.

Food not bad but waitress not response the costumers they not follow the hygienic long time I take food there now I stop.

They never deliver on time. I ordered breakfast and they deliver at the time of lunch. That too wrong/different item. They do this all the time. Very disappointed

Total wast. Never delivered on time.this is 3rd time i have ordered on 11: 20 and now time is 1: 45 but still my order is not received, advice you all to not to order your food from this wast restaurant, total wast.

They serving Delicious foods. They have their own variety dishes like beef varattu, kappa buriyani, pothi porotta all good and they are serving foods very clean and tidy

Good food, Good service. Try out their kaatu pothu (Beef) something different. A good restaurant in Al Quoz area.

If you want to eat just go and eat. Don't order for delivery.the delivery time they are taking is tooo high.they are taking more than 1 hour to deliver the food. If it's for someone unwell you will be disappointed.

I will not give even a single star, every time we order, they are taking 2hrs for delivery and one hr for dine in. And waiters behavior also not good.

Try their Beef Kizhi, Green chilli Grilled Chicken Porotta and Nadan Chai. Very crowded in the evening and busy with lot of people around. Not at all recommended for Family.

If you looking for good food this is a good place if you looking for ambiance etc etc etc then go somewhere else

The garbage disposal route passed through customer dining area. Service was okay. Food was mediocre.

Good restaurant near by grand City Mall providing good service.helpful staffs located same building in grandcity mall not spacious and comparatively little expensive
