Now two months they have hold my payment don't trust them never provide any service take care I am suffering now

Couldn’t find negative rating so had to choose 1. Never use these guys who are totally unprofessional and work in unethical way.my shipment which was promised to be delivered in 45 days when taking the order was delivered after 131 days that too after paying so many extra charges.pure loot.

Also they don’t share trade license with a customer, can’t really tell if they’ve one since they just didn’t share after several attempts of asking for it.

They only revert on what’s convenient to them and don’t revert you when they’re in fault or answerable.

Also the Services I bought was door to door including assembling, the delivery guys (third party) did assemble 2 tricky things when I requested but they informed that assembling was not ordered to them.

Never deal with this company, If I could put 0 stars I would do, before I pay them they were so good and friendly and they asked me to give them good review after packing and I did, now after the money is paid my furniture and clothes has been in their warehouse over 10 days and they are not delivering it and just giving me lies, I opened a consumer protection case agains them and will make sure they take penalty for it

Incompetent and liars! I sent a container in May and since now, end of January, I didn’t get it.

These guys where in time - made a great job - left the apartment clean - what else can you ask for?

I used Green Cloud to ship my vehicle and goods door to door from the UAE to Canada. They were friendly, reliable and very helpful. They helped me obtain clearances and deregister my vehicle without me being present in the country. Nimmi Lijo was especially helpful in resolving my queries along the way. I highly recommend their services.

Not trust worthy, things are lost. No compensation provided. They claim it is insured, but no proof. Look for other reputable companies.

I moved from Dubai to Australia and my things were shipped by Green Cloud Shipping. But instead of receiving 11 packages, I only received 9. So, 2 packages were lost (one of which is a TV). This is in addition to the 1 month delay of the shipment. Certainly not recommended.

Very professional organization with reasonable cost, keeping me updated at all times till the delivery reached it's destination. All credit goes to Rahiyanath who assisted me to get my delivery to my home country. I highly recommend Rahiyanath for professional service. Thanks Rahiyanath for your service, much appreciated

Bad Service, not all the items are delivered. Items missing. Charging extra for handyman services even it was agreed previously. Bad experience. Not recommended at all

I would highly recommend GREEN CLOUD SHIPPING LLC to anyone and everyone! Their service is incredible and their team are so professional and helpful! A huge call out to one of their consults, Sherin (In Dubai office) as well for going above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth, efficient and I had support throughout! Thank you Green Cloud Shipping for assisting me with my conciement from UAE to South Africa, they handled everything for me from collecting the Goods from suppliers and shipping my goods to my destination and they're price was way affordable compared to other shipping companies.

I moved from Dubai to London recently and my items were shipped secured by Green Cloud shipping. The rates were reasonable and the shipment was received safely.

My items were shipped by Green Cloud. The sales person was very helpful to provide all information and kept me updated through out the journey of my items till Canada

As other have said below, they are very nice until the sale is closed and they get paid. Then they completely disappear. Signed a contract with them to have my items delivered door to door within 8-10 days. This was on June 21. Then they completely disappeared. I had to fly back to Dubai to deal with them, only to find out that my shipment was still in one of their warehouses (their manager couldn't even tell me which one). Finally, my items arrived in Riyadh August 31! Their excuse was that the guy who sold me the service resigned! Then, when they finally arrived to deliver they sent a lone driver who refused to offload anything, i.e. They did not deliver the agreed upon door to door service. Broke an expensive piece of furniture. I had to arrange my own people very last minute to offload the items. Was promised an investigation into why they didn't deliver door to door, their manager stopped answering his Whatsapp messages when I asked him to give me the name of the insurance company they insured my items with, and the name of the agent on the ground in Saudi so I can see why they didn't offload my stuff. This is not a proper shipping company, avoid like the plague. Will be filing a complaint with the DED.

I have a furniture cargo with them it is become late for 1 month and they dont answering their phone they are very good in sales but once u send them the money the do leave u with no proper advice

Plz sell ur cargo and dont use them at all as it is being costly and nightmare keeping ur cargo with their cheap service

They are very kind and helpful until they get the payment. Once they received the full invoice amount, you don't expect to receive any update from them. Even, no one will communicate with you properly. They've been saying that we will get back to you soon and they did not come back to me for a month now. I did international moving with them and it's been more than 2 months, I still did not receive my item and they charges me extra charges through their agent company without explaining about the charges. It's totally mess!

Somash is very quick in giving proposal, very helpful which we all need! Most of the suppliers I asked gave proposal late. By the time they gave proposal, Somash already packing our items and ready to deliver in their warehouse for crating. They are tailoring the service according to your best interest, would do extra mile like making sure you are just waiting to deliver your items without worrying about additional charges. (Of course, you need to request this service, if you prefer to do the same way).

Thanks to Rashid as well, who constantly update me if I have question and inquiry about my packages to Ibiza, Spain.

Green Cloud was excellent to work with to ship our items from the UAE to US. I had gotten multiple quotes from different companies and theirs was the most economical by far. Since they don't have many reviews, I was a bit unsure, but Diksha was very communicative and transparent. I felt that the packers did their best to make sure we were getting the best rate (since they charge the higher of actual and volumetric weight) and even repacked items for us. We received our shipment faster than the estimated time, with no issues at all. Highly recommended!

I am from Canada, needed a shipping company to send some stuff from UAE to canada. I used Green cloud shipping co.
The service from their end is amazing (I would like to mention Diksha’s name she has been very helpful throughout the process). They have been very supportive and helpful.
The shipment too a little longer to reach but that wasn’t due to the company. It was due to covid n the closure of Suez Canal. But overall I would highly recommend n use their service again.

Mind blown! Somesh and Diksha handled my delivery. In short, they charged me 20% less for air carriage than the nearest competitors were charging for boat shipping. Boat shipping takes 2 to 3 months. Air carriage is supposed to take up to 14 days, Green Cloud did it in 6 days. You just can't explain it, it was great, and they were even helpful when it came to payment because my bank was taking ages to do the transfer. You can't use anyone else for the Dubai to London shipping route - great job.

I moved recently from Dubai to India and Green Cloud handled my relocations. Its not just the Green Cloud but even their local partner Servile Relocations based in Mumbai have done a excellent job for my relocation. I sent my original passport and was bit worried but It was returned very safely. I have absolutely no words. Green Clouds and their partners are the best to my knowledge. Had a brilliant service from Green Cloud Shipping, in particular Diksha Thapa who assisted with our shipping every step of the way. The price was very good and much lower than competitors but the service was just as great. We decided last minute we needed an extra suitcase and Diksha came to pick it up herself the same day with just a few hours notice. We travelled straight away after shipping our stuff and Diksha assisted us with the payment procedure over WhatsApp. Would recommend to anyone leaving UAE to contact them.
