I am a regular customer for 6 months now, and last November 27, 2023, i booked a 2 bedroom cleaning for one of my unit in JVC.
They started 11am to 1pm to clean a 2 bedroom.
This boy named Mingmar is very unprofessional. Why? Because I just ask him to mop the bathroom since there is some dirt left and its not cleaned properly. He suddenly make face to me like he is mad that I am kindly asking him to clean it again.
I ask him why he is making face, he just make face to me again and told me that they are short of time or i dont know.
ITS NOT MY PROBLEM IF YOU ARE SHORT OF TIME. THE CLEANING USUALLY TAKES 3 HOURS FOR 2 BEDROOM. BUT YOU ARE RUSHING MY SCHEDULE FOR CLEANING MY APARTMENT JUST TO SAY ITS CLEANED. AND STILL, ITS NOT A VERY GOOD CLEANING FROM YOU.
ITS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HIM. MINGMAR IS THE NAME.
I told Hassan not to send this man ever again in my apartments. I am considerate. But this man makes a very wrong move thats why im writing this review!

Honestly, don’t even think about using these guys. Terrible “cleaning”.
They will charge you 200/300dhs more than UC or Careem but do a sub-standard job.
Their aim is to not clean, but so the basics like floor and glass, to make it look like they cleaned.
Imagine charging for a “deep” clean but they didn’t even bother with cleaning.
They’ll then disappear if you raise these points.
If you mistakenly (like me) use them without checking reviews, you will have to be on-site the whole time. My mistake was that we let them in, and then trusted them to get on with it.
They shared videos of floor mopped and glass cleaned. Not anything else. As you can see from my pictures, there was no cleaning done, let alone “deep” clean!

Such a bad customer service, have not been on time although i gave them several chances and waited for them to pickup the carpets and they never showed up!

We just moved in and requested a deep cleaning of both the indoor and outdoor areas of our villa.
All of them did an excellent job. The results exceeded my expectations! They spent long hours cleaning from morning to evening and I really appreciate it.
I am also very grateful for your kindness and support.
Our whole family was talking about how we would like to ask them to do it again.

My Experience with Greenkey was great from start to finish. The booking process was super easy and the coordinator, Razee as professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions very throughly. I felt comfortable the minute I spoke to him. I booked the deep cleaning Package for my apartment before moving in. The team was there early and took there time cleaning everything perfectly. The apartment was spotless and fresh once they were done. I will definitely use them for other jobs in the future.

Excellent service! I made a last minute booking and they were very kind to work late in to the evening to deep clean my entire apartment. I can definitely recommend the service. The staff were very friendly and hard working. Thank you!

Our office received a deep cleaning by the Greenkey team. The office is spotless and smells excellent. Altough Since everyone has different preferences, it is normal for them to have missed some spots, but you can ask them to clean it again, and if the client is not happy, they will return to the same location. I particularly suggest them because of their supervisor Florance, who is both very professional and very passionate about his work.

Horrible customer service. I booked an appointment for deep cleaning v last week for Tuesday. I re arranged my day so that I could be at home. They just didn’t bother to show up! And when I asked they lied and said they tried to reach me (I received no calls, emails or WhatsApp). Pathetic.
