I'm a regular customer of Green Land Resturant. I'm happy with the service, food and atmosphere. The serving guys are very nice and friendly. The food is tasty.
Still why only 3 stars out of 5? Because of the lack of consistency. Sometimes they will provide soup. Sometimes No. And one more thing is the addition of 1 dirham if we ask for a little hummus, garlic, kuboos etc with the grilled chicken.

Yesterday we tried masala dosha, really very bad experience. Masala old and not gd for consumption, same time complained to waiter, he coverd the issue because of tomotto it have no issue. But after that fd we have stomach pain and vomiting tendency, and informed cashier also no response. First time we experiencing and my full day lost because of this.

We always order more than 50 dhirams breakfast.one day we orde 20 dhirams breakfast but your cashier refuse to give delivery very bad service

Had a very delicious lemon and mint fresh juice with well done chicken charcoal chips with roti. Very clean restaurant and very polite staff.

If there was something below 1 star I would really rate them. Last time I ordered from them food they didn’t send me food, and see my patience level I waited all the time FOr the delivery for aprox 3 hours. And the worst part zomato executive asking me to mark the food as delivered when I didn’t get the delivery. Then like a fool again I ordered from them today and they sent me beef instead of my chicken order. And the delivery staff is so rude, forcing me to put this post here. I wish I could upload the call recording I had with the delivery guy. Really rude and they don’t care for anyone’s time or money. Pls don’t waste ur money and do not order from Greenland. No customer service really sad. I am attaching all the screenshots for u guys to understand the seriousness?

This message to management.several times visited your restaurant. Earlier offering soup, now it's always not available.
Had a worst experience 2 days before the water glass not cleaned, very bad smell.

Pothi porotta has an amazing filling of beef curry and beef fry wrapped in a banana leaf tightly packed up. That amazing aroma makes you drool & the combination of a Blue berry Mojito goes hand in hand only @ Greenland restaurant.

They had a great taste and economic kerala foods in the beginning they started. Now it became nothing for them. I was a regular customer for them with order and take away as well as dine in. I stopped today buying from there because of 0% taste in their food. I bought two porotta and one chicken curry for breakfast. But porotta was like rubber and chicken was like they put two pieces of chicken in a egg curry. Nothing to say more

One of the worst service! When you order the dish it is getting too much delay. Poor customer service.if you are hungry better don't choose this place. Billing you have to wait another 30 minutes.very poor. Al Nahda-2 branch

Orders need to be delivered what has been ordered and not give excuses after delivery and calling for what has been ordered, delivery guys need to be advised on regular customers choices when delivering orders, food quality has to be maintained as per the other GCR outlets so that regular customers are happy. Day by day service is getting worse and excuses to cover it. Prices are increased drastically and please understand that there are lots of other restaurants who give good quality at less cost. Me and all my friends including about 30 of us will never come here again.

Our favorite place to have a meal any time of the day. A wide range of food. Pocket friendly cost.

Not by food quality base but regarding the service
I use to order daily however only on Thursday they were not responding properly I xan understand they might be busy however atleast expecting a courtesy to daily customer.

The food is excellent, they normally serve Indian (kerala) foods, Pakistani and north indian foods also available.

Highly recommend their wild buffallo curry (kaattu pothu). (Not always available, call and then go) Their samavar tea is also must try. Beef leg and deer varatiyadhu is good. Soup is complemantary whenever I visited for dinner.

Must try: kaatu pothu varatiyathu + samavar tea (fresh milk)

Came to know about this food chain restaurant from a friend, went there and had dinner with my family, everybody liked the food, staff are very nice, foods are of good quality and quantity. Price is not too high either. Well recommended for all.

The food was tasteful and reasonable prices. Service is quick and efficient. The only thing I didn't like is the price on the menu online (zomato) is lesser than the price on the menu they gave. If I wouldn't had asked them about it they probably would have charged me according to the menu they gave me I suppose. The cashier said the menu they gave me was with old pricing and he will bill me according to the new menu which is less pricy. My point here is why don't they have new menu which is exactly printed as seen online with reduced prices and why was the customer not informed before hand about the price change?

All the food items is reasonable price and taste is very good specially chicken pothi briyani, beef pothi parotta and red charcoal. Staff is very friendly and home delivery also very fast.

Enjoyed the experience here. The place was clean and the ambiance was friendly. The staff was attentive and my orders were served without much delay. Definitely would recommend the friends and family.

Tried their charcoal pepper chicken. Was good but not impressed with the french fries and size of garlic sauce. Chicken was soft and flavorful.
I ordered a full charcoal chicken and i got 2 small garlic dips. I was expecting a bigger garlic dip. This is too little for a whole chicken. (My pic only contains half chicken because I forgot to click a pic initially)
