Over price charging, if you’re new at this location ask the price before ordering. And if they charge over price complain through authority & food control

Very bad experience…. They are charging according to the customer…If they think u are new in that place…then they will charge u high price…. Beef biriyani on menu it is Aed13 only. They asked me Aed18.when I asked them. They told it is spcl.but I just ordered from the menu item only…biriyani having too much oil…No customer caring.

Went to pick up juice all 3 pomegranate, watermelon juices are great. Service little slow, interior is ok.

Worst restaurant. They send the wrong order and had to wait 1 hr & 30 min till they send the correct order. No communications no customer service

Very disappointed with the owners behaviour. He mentioned his name was Jaleel, we had an issue with the food delivered, he was rude, unethical, unprofessional. He was yelling at us over the phone, not even valuing the customer, Will never order from here again. Food sucks, please don't order from here.

Budget restaurant in silicon oasis. It's In IT Plaza ground floor. Space is congested.

Very very worst.for fried rice they added all the left over and rotten vegetables. I never tastedlike this yukky fried rice.waste it money.

Except the manager rest all nice ppl serve with care and friendly. Beef is good over here and chicken kondattam is there signature.hot idayappm and chicken curry is best. Light and good food.

The person who took order delivering wrong food. Last time ordered for chicken burger and got chicken sandwich. Today ordered for beef varatiyadu and got beef curry, when asked also- they are not accepting mistake. Both - person taking order and the one at cash.

If I'm in Silicon Oasis, and want to dine out, Green park is my first priority. Nice staff, nice food. Always a nice place to sit and have food.

Disrespectful staff. The guy who is taking orders through WhatsApp doesn't realise that he is at work and he has responsibilities. At least 1 out of your 5 orders they bring you another food or too spicy when you requested not spicy. If you don't change the guy who is taking orders you will keep getting 1 stars and bad comments.

If any other option dont choose.whatever we order tgey will sent something else.
If we order juice and say dont ad sugar.then they add more sugar. Many times same issue happened.

The person answering the phone was very disrestpecful, follow up order was called 4 times. And then, they will be answering that they are to much busy. Wait more time and drink water.very nice customer service. I suggest train your staff or better send him to the kitchen.

Never had any issues with Greenpark in past 5 years we have used them and even during lock down. We live some ways away and road works means a longer drive for them but they've always delivered within the hour. I believe I know good South and North Indian dishes having eaten at Asha's, Gazebo etc and one thing is for certain: Green Park's spice-ness level does not dull your enjoyment of the food. Their prawn biryani, bindi fry and prawn masala are my favorites whilst my 3 teens enjoy their paneer machurian, butter chicken and freshly squeezed apple, pineapple, pomegranate and lemon juices. Green park is one of the oldest Restaurant in Dubai silicon oasis, I am visiting there since 2014.their falooda, Burgers & sandwiches are their main tool to grab customers taste buds. Dosa, Set dosa and tea, juices are nice. Even indian Dal rice is quite okish on taste.
But never try their North indian dishes like biryani, chicken gravy items its worst in taste. Unless u have never tasted good food before

Very worst service the one who takes order if the girl order they deliver and if a guy order he will say come and collect the management should take action against him keep the responsible people not some bloody people who don't have manners

Delivery not in time. I have ordered veg fried rice and avocado juice. At 3pm they said it take upto 30-45 min. But order received at 4: 45 pm. Worst services.

Biryani is worst they use very old chicken, all indian curry items have same taste, i think they use same gravy for all. If u complain about food they reply not to order from there. So mannerless staff, they argue to the customers instead of apologizing. The delivery take 2 hrs even ur location is just 1 km away from them. They have to change chef, service staff and whole management.

This is the second time i didnt get what i order idly set.i called to restaurant management who take orders & told them they didnt send extra sambar ehich i requested on call for which their reply wasnt cool instead of accepting their mistake they started arguing with me on call they were so rude on call.is this because of i ordered only IDLY SAMBAR.

I have tried their burgers, Sandwiches and variety of juices which are above average level of quality. It's advised not to buy Biriyani from them as it is very poor in quality. If you opt their home delivery service, be ready to be hungry for one more hour as they are very late to deliver the food even I m staying 1 km away from them. Restaurant ambience is good, clean and well maintained.

The worst chicken biryani you get in DSO. If you are a angry with someone buy them a chicken biryani from Green Park. Please advise your chef. Either improve or stop making biryani

Breakfast is good. Puttu, Dosa setand Poori baji is my favorite from Green Park.

They have a special biryani which costs 16 AED, in that chicken pieces are years old, worst and worst. But they have a 11.50 biryani which is good.
