First impression awesome interior behavior very good clean and air ventilation chilled environment I m really impressed

Good food and nice service. I ordered a king fish fry and chappathi’s and it was nice in taste.

I visit a first time in this restaurant and i order masala dosha and tea in breakfast.
After a few days later i'm trying idli set food was very good delicious, taste in which there was a variety of chutney ingredients 5 stars from my side.

Not recommended. Had a fish grill and mango curry. The curry was good but the grill was very bad. Fish was still having the scales on it. Not fresh as well.

Service is very poor. Ordered for a veg meal and was kept waiting for almost 20 minutes. The waiters were not bothered to serve the dishes in a timely manner. When informed the cashier about the poor quality of service, he too was least bothered

One of the best restaurant in al quoz area, we can get the same food from other restaurants but not on the same quality, people who can have spicy food should try the traditional porotta and beef chatti curry, Amal is the one who is taking care of us every time, such a nice guy not only himself all the other staff as well, keralites and the people who like to have kerala food such as ‘oonu’ the traditional meal, should try from here

Worst worst customer service very rude staff.never recommended.if there was an option of 0 I would have given them that.and when I complained to the supervisor there he is not even asking the issue.so what is the point of having person like him there.really baaad.

WORST! Not anymore! I ordered a dish and they brought me biryani. I called and informed they dont care they dont even bother to call or asked to changed it! No empathy!

Not only Indian foods but they serve also Filipino dishes. Foods are so delicious and the price are not so expensive.ilove it

Good experience went with my brother in law. Ordered full grill chicken with parata and 1 ltr cola, its a combo for 30 aed. Tasted delicious and service was nice

The ever worst delivery. They promised me food delivery in 35 minutes and took 2.5 hours to deliver to my home 500 meter far. Don't ever order from them.

Lack of parking, you can get indian and Chinese items here, the juices was extremely good. They are providing daily specials on all days thats very taste. Special family room available. They have to improve parking facility.

Very bad service. I have placed order by 11.10 am until 2 p.m they did not delivered. It happens 3 time to me.

I was having an impression on this restaurant may be with average taste and value fro money unless I visited recently.

The reason I am telling is this, don't judge anything without your analysis and involvement. Recently visited along with 2 of my colleagues for a lunch and this was first time for me in this restaurant. After tasting the food, I was surprised about the taste and decent staff.

Finally it is value for money

Nice place for Kerala style food. Just I had kerala meals in banana leaf. Good and tasty food. Very cooperative staff. If some items finished, immediately they will serve it, not even to ask. Taste is the one word has fulfill of everything. The butter chicken and the paneer butter masala are very nice! I definitely recommend it the price is a bit expensive but the delivery is fast.

Decent place with great staff. Try mango fish curry (prawns) with Cummin rice (jeera rice) it's their specialty.

Biriyani price 12 dhs but not that much tasty.below average.customer handling and taking order very fast.i am not recommend for good.food.

I think its a good restaurant with both kind of items, good and bad. Separate sitting area available for bachelors and family. Having different cuisine like north india, south india, Chinese, Philippines. We ordered one daal makahni, paneer kadhai, paratha, butter naan, chicken hot and sour soup. Soup was not good, chicken was not cooked well. Kadhai paneer was good with soft paneer. Daal makahani was good, waiter made it sure to put extra butter and cream as requested.

The worst dinner I ever had from a restaurant. Really unsatisfying. I ordered mutton roast and vellappam. The vellappam was okay but the mutton roast was terrible. There was not even a far connection with the gravy and mutton. Also there was 3 tiny pieces with 75% bones. We are not asking you the rate before ordering. So atleast they should try to make the customer feel good about the food you are serving. It’s not for free.

Ordered today pepper chicken and chilly chicken kerala style. Taste was not good at all.
It was like a ordinary curry.

Compare to the al quoz surroundings green pepper cost one step above the planned budget and good serve and appreciated the waiters

Even though it may not be featured on certain websites; this is a jewel of a spot.
The two times we have dined at Green Pepper were occasions; when we thoroughly enjoyed their hospitality and food.
The Biryani wrapped in banana leaves was utterly delicious; with a very traditional taste.
We enjoyed their Fish meal; served on a banana leaf; with ample refills.

But most of all, their very warm welcome and service with a smile truly made our experiences.

Poor quantity. Lol after receiving the item I felt like order placed from 5star hotel. Dear Green pepper never make ur customers sad. Hope you will improve.
