Staff is okay but worst management. Please use the right people if you need any service. Go for little high price it will be a feasible for you. Trust me

They bought from me swimming pool but didn't paid full amount, worst customer I have ever seen. They are doing everything wrong.they will deliver to you something which is not halal.but they are totaly doing wrong with Innocents person.they don't care what you make favor for them.

I wish there should be a negative stars insted of of 1 star because cheater is not allowed to do any work in UAE.and they are.

Unfortunately I have been trying to contact the company for a week but the lady at the reception does not follow up on communication. As a customer in these circumstances I have followed up with lady who answers the phone and all she says is we will update you. When asked to speak to the manager- apparently Mr. Chandran is so busy that he wont speak to me. The lady then says just email us. Well this response worries me as I am not sure if their after sales service will be good. I was hoping to try this at my home and then recommend my school to install it. Well greenponics is really needs to improve their customer relations. I am sure there will be no communication from them. Quite disappointing to say the least.
