Grill Master Restaurant

This the first bad restaurant I hade ate there because of only one staff there his name Resal he is not suppose to work in restaurants because he knows no thing of hospitality he’s not professional guy he doesn’t know how to treat the people as a human really I used to go this restaurant for more than 4 years but after l met this guy I hate this restaurant

Terrible service, when I first ordered food they came in 30 minutes. Since then, I have ordered food here several times, but never once did it arrive on time. They take more than an hour to deliver the food. So guys, if you want food from this shop, place your order two hours in advance and you will get the food, trust me.

I oder my breakfast 4atim and he take full money i just open my oder tea is missing i agin contact him he said next time we send u what is this i fell hurt to oder this restaurant

Very late delivery.they always deliver late.now I ordered at 10 am and received it at 11: 42am.i am very disappointed.hate this late service

If you have guest then please think twice before ordering, no panctuality at all. Sometimes it took one hour to get delivery even for 6 mnts walking distance.
And after this no apology and no excuse.
Tast and prices are good but customer service and panctuality 0/10

Behaviour of this hotel owner is so bad, we are not getting the food which we ordered instead they will send something else and if we informed this to the hotel owner he will block our phone number instead of solving this issue.very bad service.

Very bad service.never order food from this hotel, they will never deliver the same food we ordered this happened 2 times with me. Delivery time 3 or more hours.

Name doesn't match the quality and menu.

You can't make out the staff from customers, no uniform and mainly appearance wasn't professional.

A pocket friendly restaurant with sitting place indoors and outdoors. In good weather you can sit outside too. As its a pocket friendly eatry so you cant expect fancy and extravagant Ambience in this cost. Overall its a nice down the lane eatry for a quick meal on the go

I do oftenly buy half charcoal chicken with rice from there. Then in a day the price went from 18Aed to 26Aed. They also didn't know that the price was 18aed before. Strange!

I ordered my food today but they don't have time to deliver they take more than 1hr30 mins to deliver and after that also you have to call and ask why my food is not delivered yet.what i got the awnser sir only 5 mins and after that other half hour no one came. In last i had to cancel my order. Is this the way to serve. Just don't waste people time if you can't deliver on time.

Live insects in food. Avoid like the plague. The owner clearly accepts that the workers made a mistake.

Poor delivery service it might take 2 hrs to deliver your breakfast soo if you want to eat something at around 10 am you should order it around 7 am in the morning

Very bad service. Never order with them. They are scam. 90 mins to deliver a food, thats not acceptable. They initially said 15 mins, since them I am awaiting. I will never order from them again. Also their food quality is also very bad.

Its good restaurent charcoal its very tasty so many times i eat so i want go to one more this restaurent

This is a fantastic place to hang out with friends. I have so many memories at this place. Me and my friends had hundreds of liters of kadak chai there wonderful.

Food is good but always sending wrong order and who is texting in whats app to take the order don’t know how to respect and take the order if they did mistake they will not accept it

An easy and cheap breakfast. Had the Keema twice. Great first time, but not so great the second. Porata is good if fresh. Less than 10aed for breakfast

Fairly priced place, location a little remote, limited capacity on sitting, food quality reasonably good and high on quantity.

Cauliflower manchurian is not that tasty at all but the chicken charcoal is good, nice place too specially if you want to outdoors

Regular customer of this place, an average south Indian style restaurant.

Special mention to the chapattis, so soft and super big. Two is enough for one person. My favorite dishes are chilli mushroom and gobi chill "DRY". Make sure that you mention DRY while ordering, since its more delicious than the one with the gravy.

Well priced menu serving all categories.

Unproffesional staff and 3rd class services. I am regular customer always when i order i have to followup with 7 time calls reminders and when order delivered its cold and messy. Staff charging more than actual bill and always refused to payback remaining cash change by saying we dont have change you can take next time.
Behaviour of counter staff very rude. Tried to reach Hotel owner Feroz but staff mafia always saying he is no more in UAE.
I have no option left to complain the Authorities against this grill master resturant

I will not suggest anyone to order food from grill master as Khana Badosh and other beside resturants are 100 times better and cooperative staff
