Poor attention towards customer.
They took 30 min for burger and juice.

Worst Restaurant never go there i order lamb tikka and you see the condition its black they burn it and fries they cook 2 days before for my order they just depth in the oil to make it hot ghatiya tareen Restaurant

Honestly they don't know how to cook indian food. I ordered Butter chicken, you don't believe what they brought for us, fry chicken with some red gravy. That was trouble. I informed them, that nobody cares just khalli balli.

Good restaurant to have a snack and tea. The grilled chicken and shawarma is okay and the rating is given based on the taste.

Had spicy shawarma and samovar tea. Even tho shawarma wasn't spicy at all, both were really good.

After delaying delivery more than an hour the front office staff had showed their attitude. Theirs be like "don't question us because its your food". Then blaming the delivery guy who took the food from them before 20mins. When we questions them they become the boss of restaurants in Dubai, asking the delivery guy how much is the order.that gentlemen said it's 56dhms.then the hero from other end says inform the customer take it or live it. What a day for me.they don't care about my 56dhms order came by 10pm which I ordered by 8pm.you order and Eat when we deliver. The keralite attitude.

Grills & More Restaurant is situated in Ramla Mall food court and it is an express outlet, a mini version of their other outlets.

Food is good and cheap. Recommended to the people who wants to grab and go. Their Shawarma is only 5 AED which will be available by noon time. They serve variety of dishes and as their name they serve good grilled food. Noon time they are super busy and the busiest outlet in that food court which explains it all.
