Grills & More Restaurent, Saphire Mall, DIC

Tried pulao paneer and it was one of the worst food I have ever had.the rice was filled under the oil and I felt like I was drinking plane oil itself! Paneer pulao should be green but they mix with lemon rice and added 2 pieces of pulao. I even complain but they did not even response

Very poor services. Do not buy food from this hotel. Not good food i will never order from here.

Really good taste of food mostly Indian. Their grilled charcoal chicken was at best and followed up with the queue in the menu. Food from here can be eaten by anyone. A bit of a rush at lunch and dinner time, Fresh juice will be served on order.

Location Madinah mall, Prices were affordable.

This restaurant is very good and what to say about the food and sweets here is very tasty. I loved this restaurant and go here again and again.

Went to grills and more in sapphire mall in dubai industrial city to try out biriyani served in baba leaf unfortunately it wasn’t there, it’s one of the few ok or average Indian restaurant in that area, but quality is deteriorating day by day now I guess management changes still tea items and snacks need improvement and customer care

Ver bad experience. When I ordered chicken Biriyani, they have given Biriyani rice with chicken fry!

Bad service, wait for one hours. No one confirm my food, and let me keep waiting.and the worst is only read my WhatsApp and not even replied and confirm my food, afterward said my deliver is finish, but I'm still not get my food, this is the worst experience I had in dubai, the worst restaurant I ever order

Grilled & juice items are quite good with reasonable price, if you are looking something ecnomically, you can try

It's offer great Arabian and English dishes with a smiley and fast customer care service but still noisy and too crowded on Sundays

Expired food is not removed from the counter and your staff is rude.

Unhygienic.ordered pepper mutton but gravy smells and taste like fish.and mutton piece is smelly.very poor hygiene.food n safety department visit and review this restaurant without notice r prior information

Sorry for this review but I had mutton kadai it was waste. Big piece with bone not cooked property and moreover who but flour in mutton kadai for gravy?

Sorry guys you should change cooking pattern for mutton kadai

Worst experience.
I asked for beef biriyani and they gave me goat boati curry. I asked them to change twice, but they gave me the same. Later after arguement they gave me the same curry with beef pieces from biriyani. It was a rice n oldbeef mixed curry.

That is the last day i went.i stay in DIC. But never go back again.

Yesterday i went there. And i ordered some burgers. I was waiting for my order around one hour but they didn't serve it.so i left without taking it.

This hotel service is very very worst. I order food on 11: 15 am after 2 hrs also I'm not recieved my order again and again I cal bit not answer after 30 mins they recieved call and I ask them where is my order they told me order is not ready.realy guys don't order this hotel if you order this restaurant then you will wasting your time.

Food is good but one of the worst service I have seen. Take more than 2.3hour to deliver food after calling for 4 to 5 times repeatedly.
This place is only suitable for dine-in. Suggest no to order delivery service as they can keep up with it.

There is one kerala guy taking phone orders, He always shout and scream like anything. Can't sit there and eat food peacefully. Very poor ambience. (better to order online)

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TEAM IS QUITE GOOD, FOOD IS AWESOME AND WIDE VARIETY IS THERE, THOUGH WE FELT DELAY IN DELIVERY SOME TIMES, THE FOOD IS WORTH WAITING FOR.

One of the worst restaurant in Dubai Industrial City. No customer Manners.if we complaint against food, they will say we don't want to please anyone. If you want to eat, buy it, otherwise u can go. Such a irritating management.

Quality is very poor. Nearest Pakistani restaurant is far far better than this.

My view of this restaurant is changed now, they serve tasteless food these days also the prices are hiked now, it was a good Indian restaurant in a remote area like DIC now they fool to it's customers recently we ordered 3charcoal biryani and they sent us was colourful tasteless rice with incomplete charcoal chicken.other time we ordered fish biryani, fish was there no doubt also chicken was included with fish in DIC area people don't have more options that's why they're fooling people, instead of improvement they're going down madina's chicken biryani (inside the mall) is better than you guys that too in 09 AED. Would have given zero star.

Very poor service and bad quality of food. We dont get what we order Always they bring something else other than what we order.

Grills and more isn’t what it was before. The nee staff is careless towards customer services. The home delivery takes forever with lies. The food is better here

Very poor quality of food and very late service.we won't have any other restaurants near by so we are coming there but u people.i heard that ua management has changed but ua food also will change we never expected.and misbehaving staff shouting like fish market no hygiene no cleaning cockroch every wer.

Veg salads are not properly cleaned, worst set up too many staffs not monitoring food quality. Not recommended for dine in.

Pathetic service given by the staff.they are taking so much time to serve the food. Today I ordered the food and waiter told me that it will take 15 Min but unfortunately they took 1 hrs.unbelievable Like seriously?

Staff are not that attentive and compassionate to foriegn custumers.this restaurant is good Only for Indians.
