Unable to write a review and complain for very bad services, this option is not available anymore. Unable also to refund. Unfortunately Groupon has completely changed from what it used to be. Sad.

Dealing with Groupon was an ordeal.
The customer support, limited to emails, was slow and unhelpful.
Despite their policy, getting a refund felt impossible. It's been a month of back-and-forth with no resolution.
Their team's inability to own up to their mistakes and provide clear guidance left me disappointed and without a refund.
Not what I expected from a reputable company.

Why not Zero stars…
1. Selling coupons with deals of closed business merchants. To get the refund takes so many efforts
2. The customer service is terrible, coming back with auto answers not relevant to the issue

i Am waiting for another discounter website to be open in UAE which will kick off Groupon from the market and definitely i don’t recommend to bring your money to Groupon

Unfortunately, i am facing the same issues people commented in the review. Worst refund policy. The Saloon was a scam, men were inside, poor quality, and the lady took photo immediately of our voucher before we confirmed. I need my amount back the team gave me their number and asked me to get their confirmation that i didnt use the voucher and i did screen shot of the chat with their number confirming it. Now groupon wants also an email as a confirmation and will not refund the money. You need to have proper customer support. This is not acceptable. Seeing other people fight for this and not getting response says something about this company way of taking money not theirs. Dubai municipality should take action.

One of the worst of worst applications full of lies and hassle
Specially with beauty saloons
Only the bad saloons and almost broken business saloons goes with groupon you know why? They think with kind of low prices in a place like this groupon will help their business up but unfortunately its so disappointed and failure and wasting money and time for nothing
Actually some of saloons uses this application to get clients and after they are IN they use pressure and compromise them for higher price at the same offer but using false reasons
This is not my first or second time at groupon
I gave a many chances to this application but without any point.its so disappointed and out of control

Never use this app! Is a lot of lies. Taking your money for voucher even you never redeemed. I have paid the Lotus mega yacht voucher, I showing that I have to wait yacht confirmation. Then no confirmation from Groupon or Lotus mega yacht. After that was showing redeemed. When I call Groupon to complaint they said that they need e-mail from the boat that I don’t used. Absolutely horrible experience. No phone to contact Groupon. So hard to get any feedback from them. Avoid using this app, you will be disappointed.

Poor customer service that does not answer customer's questions.
Over the last few months, I have been charged an additional fee for each purchase i have made. After initially speaking to Groupon, I found out it was a forex/international banking fee. Speaking to my bank they said that Groupon ae is registered abroad and not in the UAE, so that is why I was charged these fees. I have then since tried to speak to Groupon several times to confirm this. They never give me an answer. They just tell me that they didn't charge me extra. Each time I am told the same thing and never given an answer to the question I ask. I understand it is a bank fee, but i want GRoupon to answer why I am being charged an international fee between a UAE bank and a UAE company. They just never respond to this, so I have to suspect it is due to some dodgy finance arrangement.

This company is horrible they have the worst employee that work on attacking business and threatening them pretending they are clients, they use friends and employee to do that because they are very free in life, they are unprofessional and have no decency sadly or ethics.
I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, avoid them and use other respected Chanels.

I had a very horrible experience. Recently I bought 2 coupons from one of their deals and they deducted my money but did not send the email with the receipt. I am very very angry with their services. While going to their website it shows a 403 error and I cannot get in touch with their customer number nor their support website. It is just a downright pathetic service from Groupon. I request someone to reach out and help me in this.

I had bought two vouchers recently but did not receive them as I had mistyped my email address. I contacted the support team and my issue was resolved within few hours. Very efficient

I've only used the Groupon App/Website for deals and have never had issues redeeming my vouchers to date. Their customer service is very responsive and refunds are processed as promised. Will continue to use Groupon to save and enjoy local deals.

THE WORST ONLINE APP I have ever dealt with.
If you have any trouble with the voucher or the voucher provider their solution will be (we apologise/ we are sorry) that’s it, whatever your problem is and whatever you discuss with them they will just tell you we apologise.
I contacted them through live chats 4 times and through emails but with no avail.

I had an issue and needed a refund and called them. Ms Jessica in customer service was very helpful. She was very patient and understanding. Sent me follow up emails and my issue was successfully solved and refund processed. Really good job.

Purchased a few vouchers got charged as I received a text message followed by an email saying sorry but unable to process my order. Are you freaking kidding me? Phone calls are not answered plus you don’t work weekends? What kind of customer service is this? You should be able to work 24/7 for your customers as this issue happened on a WEEKEND! I’ll make sure I will report this issue to customer rights! This is unacceptable!

Customer service email unanswered.
Frustrating experience. I used them once before and could not return a faulty item. The delivery person will charge you dh 20 for delivery even if it is 3 weeks late.
I usually give any company two chances. Groupon, you have had yours I wont be using your services again.

Not very helpful when there is an issue with a deal. The purpose of Groupon id to have special discounts but after purchasing a deal about food delivery, i realised there was actually no discount as they offered the same rate at the restaurant itself. When mentioning this to Groupon, nothing was done!

I have been buying vouchers from Groupon for nearly 2 years and so far I have not encounter any problem with them. Great offers all the time. However, I would highly recommend not buying Goods from "letsbecool" who is the retailer who sell the goods on their website. Things are not the same as advertised. Quality is low and they don't refund or even give voucher instead. Problem they have no direct contact except through groupon who can do nothing to help.

Al razi general maintenance contracting are the movers we booked through groupon. These people are worst mover they took 12 hrs to shift a 1 bed room flat. They do not know how to pack things and broke all my stuff. The worst decision of my life to book them. The have no experience in moving things and have a very bad attitude. They are not professionals do not book them. They even did not fix my bed properly. I paid them 1000 Aed for waste. I had to call in another carpenter to fix my bed and wardrobe and had to shell out another 400 bucks. PLEASE AVOID THEM.

Used to be great but now their website its terrible. For example when you search for a Getaway in a particular area, you expect to see offers in that area, not to have every offer rammed in your face.
