Bought a Scala 1 pump that stopped working after 8 months or so. Have been struggling to get warranty repair or replacement since last 3 months. Very poor after sales support. Disappointed from a company that is otherwise known for its superior products.

I had a very bad experience today from this company and when I went as a customer for collection of motor.it made me very sad to be questioned and ignored in a very hurtful way with very bad words without treating it. Even if the company is one, its customers will not know that section might be different. They will go there just by pronouncing the name of the company. Ramp side dispatcher position should aware that ever person (customer) God. If they didn't come to purchase anything you don't have wages for rearing of family and friends life. Humanity human respect must need to everyone.don't focus on money Lend love and it will pay you back with more interest.

I am in a premium villa with Grundfos pumps installed. The water pressure is fluctuating and have complained many times. The engineer from the manufacturer or their distributor needs to come to adjust the system. Weeks have passed and no one has come. The after sales service is pathetic. It’s better to buy pumps such as KIRLOSKAR that give decades of service and one tenth the price.
