After long time around 3 weeks for airplane shipment from the UAE to Canada instead of 2 weeks as promised, numerous items were damaged, and the delivery process was complicated, causing us a significant headache, not to mention the additional charge for redelivery.

They only come for delivery once, offering no means for customers to be informed about the estimated delivery time. The service requires constant monitoring of online tracking and frequent contact to ascertain the delivery time due to the absence of mobile phones for the delivery team, making the system complex.

The service was good, in particular when packing for the moving. The staff was extremely careful, trustworthy and incredibly polite. Also the coordinator of the moving, GSC Cargo, was always efficient and timely. Strongly recommended.

Thousands of dollars worth of damage to our possessions. The boxes were severely damaged, some were wet. The delivery company in the uk just dumped them in the car park in the rain and drove off. Absolutely appalling. So many of our memories and possessions completely destroyed or damaged. Box after box of smashed goods. Heart breaking,

Hi all. I already posted two reviews before. So I sent sea cargo on 12th Aug 2021 from Dubai to UK and we were told it will take 70 days but can delay upto 90days. It was clearly said. We waited till Jan 15 2022, so all of u can calculate how many days with numerous frustrating calls and msgs. Ultimately our cargo arrived at home on 17th Jan 2022.

But one thing I want to mention, the goods came are in excellent condition and shape. No damage at all. All perfect. Not a single glass or plastic item cracked.

In month of November I sent my house hold stuffs to India. I was shifting back to India. I checked many quotations but finally I decided to go with GSC. These guys are very professional. Packing done very neatly. Delegate materials are also packed very carefully. I received all cargo packages on time. Except small damage to one of the wall clock rest all goods received well. I had many glass jars in the cargo package and I was worried about it, but finally all received safely.
Most importantly I liked the tracking service available at GSC cargo website. You can track the status of your freight. Thank you GCS cargo for excellent service provided.
