I like the laser machine they using for hair removal. It is truly painless. Very friendly laser technician, Marivic you would love her service.
And If anyone of you planned to avail the Gluta IV DRIP, Zoya is one of their very caring staffs.

Reception should have more organised, super slow and also for payment also need to wait for long time. Dr services all good.

The service was great n satisfied. The 2 nurses Marvik and Marikar are wonderful in their job.

Dr Aasiya who is the branch manager is amazing.i have experience mesotherapy before but her work is splendis and admirable.i invite all to try all their services especially the mesotherapy.staff as well are very helpful.come and visit the bur dubai branch!

When u inquire for beard lining laser hair removal, their whole team is assisting you to get money. Once u registered and did your first session techinician will inform you that next session will be after a month. So you supposed to get your schedule from the team. But here u hv to call them and ask them if when is ur schedule, and still they will check if they hv time or no. What a joke you paid for 6 sessions and it should be automatic your schedule ever month, but they don’t even remember you after your 1st and 2nd session. What a pathetic service

Despite the appointment timing.you still need to wait at the reception.
The receptionist do not keep you informed on the status of waiting until asked.

GSM medical center reception ladies are unaware of the appointments, I had to wait for my pre appointment for more than an hour, I had to continuously ask for my appointment status. The service at reception is too bad unprofessional.
