Guardian One Transport

Excellent service, very courteous and humble staff especially the bus staff and even the counter staff. Havent faced any difficulties ever as compared to STS which was horrible.

One of the worst school transport service in Dubai. My daughter's school is using this transport service. In the last one and half month, the bus broke down four times. Irresponsible team

Good Services. Professional staff and well trained drivers and bus conductors

Horrible service. For almost a month the bus has not been picking up at the promised time. Kids have waited on the road for upto 30 minutes to an hour. Only false promises and high expectations built by attending to my calls but no result. All kids are getting dropped only after school official timing has started or after the first class has begun.

Bad service by this company representative. No other choice but to deal with the rude staff that shout and scream at the kids and parents.
Tried to call but Company doesn't answer the phone.
When you try to talk with the Parents Relation Executive, instead of listening and being polite he screams and shout at you and put the blame on your child for no reason and he suggests you to find alternate transportation.
As a company you should train your Parents Relation Executive to be more polite and to well behave.
