Mr. George from Gucci store at the Dubai mall showed us an extraordinary treatment, compliment, assistance and kindness. He literally made the impossible possible. My husband and I bought sandals from Gucci store in Bangkok, Thailand during our vacation. However, on our way back home to Saudi, we unfortunately found out that the sizes weren’t matching our sizes. The local store didn’t have this particular sandal and therefore couldn’t help us. As we previously came to know Mr. George from the Dubai mall store, we thought why not to give him a call and ask about a possibility of size rematching! And here we go! Mr. George said, yes! He has our sizes available at his store. Off we go to Dubai and finally we got our sizes that we need. In summery. If you really wanna buy anything from Gucci, we highly recommend Mr. George from the Dubai mall store to be your assistance and at you service. Thank you Mr. George again for making us happy as we are Gucci-loyal clients.

I was visiting your store to browse and make a purchase. While I was in the store, Mr. Karim, the store manager, approached me in an inappropriate and offensive manner. He made unwarranted comments about my appearance, used inappropriate language, and made unwanted advances. This behavior was not only offensive but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe within the store premises.

Sexual harassment is a grave violation of personal boundaries and goes against the principles of respect and professionalism that are expected from employees, especially managers, within a reputable establishment like Gucci. This incident has left me deeply distressed and has had a negative impact on my perception of the Gucci brand.

I am reaching out to you to formally report this incident and request that a thorough investigation be conducted to address this matter appropriately. I expect that the Gucci organization will take this complaint seriously and take immediate action to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. The safety and well-being of all customers should be a top priority for Gucci, and it is essential that you uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment.

The best Gucci store in Dubai with wide selection of items. I would also specially mention George who showed a great example of service and professionalism, and it was really a pleasure getting assisted by him. Would definitely recommend shopping at Gucci Fashion Avenue!

Just now i came to repair my shoes one of the staff her name is Haider (Chinese looking lady) her behaviour so rude and arrogant. Even she don’t know how to speak her voice so rude. She is not paying for my stuff.

Sehr freundliche Kommunikation per WhatsApp im Vorfeld. Die Artikel meines Interesses hat man zurückgelegt.

Allerdings muss man ehrlich sein: Hier einzukaufen wäre für EU-BürgerInnen ein schlechter Deal. Die Preise liegen trotz nur 5 % Mehrwertsteuer deutlich über denen in Europa (bei den Artikeln, die ich mir angeschaut habe, machte die Differenz fast 200 € aus).

Dann doch lieber Düsseldorf, Berlin oder Rom.

P. S.: Die Zollgrenze von 430 € pro Person nicht vergessen

I dont know why they are putting a number now 2 days am trying to contact them and in every call i wait atleast 10 minutes and no one answer and i cant contact them, this is how brands work?

I am very impressed by and must compliment Kiefer at Gucci Dubai Mall. On the ground floor level, another male member of staff was quite rude and abrupt and told me that the 2 items I was looking for weren't available, despite him not checking for them digitally as the staff usually do. Fortunately I decided to wander to the top floor level, where Kiefer was immediately helpful and kind. He checked and found both items and was gentlemanly and professional the entire 30 minutes he assisted me.
He transformed the unpleasantness I had initially experienced into a positive evening. The people at stores definitely make or break the customer experience. Kiefer is an asset to Gucci Dubai Mall!

All the staffs are very well educated about their product portfolio. Assisted us courteously and well mannered. Great shopping experience.

Worst place, was waiting 30 min for some one to look after me and none of them came. All of them with iPhone and was so busy texting on WhatsApp. When o left and I told them my name they was all ready to take care of me. Never go back to this shop

It was a great experience. The service was superb, they were kind and attentive. And I like my bag very much.

I purchased Gucci Guilty Perfume Love Edition, and found it poor longevity and weak scent, their customer support was so negative and only giving excuses without proper investigation, it was my first time and will be the last time to buy Gucci Perfumes (not recommended)

Went into Gucci to find a belt, and as I have a slender frame, they could not find a size at the time to fit me. For which, the ‘assistant’ commented ‘ooo, you need to eat more’!

I was with my fiance in Gucci fashion avenue in 3 flour, looking for me for sandal.the guy who’s working in Gucci stor name is (Saed from Morocco) he bring the sandal my size to try it, but I requested the black color he said it’s available nd going to bring it for me.after that he start to ask Personel questions like where we r from how we knew each other where we r living.he never stop talking, really more than one hours we were waiting he bring the sandal to another color what I was requesting from begging.the end he go to bring it, back he said just sold out!? Really we were waiting more than one hour after how long he took our time nd spending our time just to listening his questions talks.
Really he is not proficient in Gucci, always I choose to buy from this store but after what happened Iill never go again there

I bought my mormont here and I love it.this particular branch i like. The staff was accommodating and helped me in finding a bag for me.and then I went their other branch on Fashion Ave.but the staff called me fat. So no business for her.

The sales staff are superb. Very accommodating and assisting you quickly. It's my 2nd time here and bought 2 bags too. Highly recommended for the women who loves Gucci.

I purchased a Gucci watch years back
The wrist band regularly breaks which doesn't reflect positively on the design.
The gucci service related to the repair is always a nightmare.
EXTREMELY long time to repair, and never ever a notification once the repair it is finished. I always need to follow up on my own over several weeks or even months until being able to pick up the watch again

I bought Gucci guilty for 600dhs.it doesnt smell even for me.its a duplicate product i guess.in this showroom already i bought one perfume long back even that time the same happened.
