The apartment was impeccably clean, perfectly located, and looked just as advertised in the pictures. The host was incredibly responsive, making my stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

From the moment we entered the house, we felt like we were receiving hotel service. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, there were supplies such as soap and shampoo in the bathroom, and all kinds of electrical appliances and materials we needed were available in the kitchen. There was even washing machine detergent. With the parking lot reserved for us, car parking was not a problem. Since the house was at the marina, it was also very enjoyable to walk and have something to eat and drink. There are multiple markets and pharmacies right across the house. We spent 4 extremely enjoyable days.

The condo was very good. Friendly for us since friends stay in the tower. However, the view is of a construction site in development. So, a lot of noise. A superb swimming pool and BBQ facilities outside. The location allows easy access to the highway. In addition, several restaurants and other facilities nearby. Serge

Best choice for downtown Dubai! Top location, very stylish apartment, great views, fantastic roof garden with amazing swimming pools (one of them shaded), BBQ and dinning area, kids zone, gym, Ah, and covered parking space also included!

Amazing rental! Great location with so much to do that is walkable distance. Rental was in amazing conditions and phenomenal staff. Every thing needed was provided for a rental. Parking and secure location. Would definitely stay at again and recommend to anyone.

Place was easy to find.just minutes from xl tower bus stop.very nice view of burj and the canal especially during early morning, around sunrise.really nice experience.

In the process of cancelling an Airbnb apartment booking by GuestReady, I felt like I was consciously mislead and lied to so GuestReady could cash out the bigger cancellation fee.

They have shut down all communication and didn't respond to any of my messages since then. They didn't even respond to the Airbnb support that wanted to resolve this case. They have been unresponsive ever since and I am still waiting on the money of my canceled booking.

It was one of the best stays in Dubai the host was amazing and respectful, and the room was super pretty, highly recommend ️

Loved our stay in Dubai. Apartment in the Paramount is beautifully decorated and very spacious for five of us. The hotel is lovely with a great family pool. Best of all, is the stunning view from the balcony! Recommend. Hopefully we’ll be back!

The apartment itself is planned out very well because it has all amenities you could need. Location is also great, I’d highly recommend it.

Stay away from this host… asked for additional towels (which you have to pay extra for in $300/night apartment), but they didn’t bring it even for money.
It took them more than two weeks to return the security deposit.
You text them, get “ok” in response and then nothing happens and this goes over and over again.
By far this is the worst host I’ve experienced in Dubai.

Perfect location, great communication and service, the building is really nice, close to Dubai Mall, the apartment is spotless, I enjoyed having a drink at night in the little garden area.

Wow wow wow, what a property and what a host, Param could not be any more helpful, it was our very first time using Airbnb and it won't be our last after having the best holiday ever, there were 3 adults and 2 children, plenty of toilets, plenty of space, Very clean apartment, superb location spectacular views, I was new to all this Airbnb band asked the host so many maybe silly questions at all times of day and he was so so patient with me, he was even able to extend our stay at short notice before we arrived and kept the same rates what a brilliant guy, we loved the swimming pool after a long day of trips, great big shop just opposite to get supplies, taxis easy to get, tram stop outside too.our host was absolutely outstanding, could not be any more helpful, we had a couple of minor issues delt with in a few hours as was able to leave the key in the safe, very trustworthy, my son had a accident with a hanging piece of furniture and I was very angry at my son but our host said don't worry accidents happen and didn't even charge us, we cannot wait to book again.this property and host are a credit to airbnb and just all round amazing great property and host.don't hesitate this is the place you want to stay, enjoy

GuestReady has a wonderful property in the Greens (Dubai). It’s super cozy and comfortable. Location was walking distance to the metro station and is super close to shops and restaurants. The place really has everything you need. Check in and check out was easy. Host was also accommodating for a late check out. Highly recommended!

Our stay was very much a pleasure. My family felt safe. The staff made every effort to assist when needed. The apartment exceeded expectation and the interaction with the property manage company was quick, courteous and always polite. Looking forward to adding this stay to our future trips when traveling to Dubai.

We stayed in Mosela in the Greens and loved it. Very good apartment, exactly like the pictures, perfect for 2 people. The balcony is very pleasant and the pool is nice. Close to the metro station, to supermarkets, easy to catch a taxi. The owner is available to help and the concierge are very nice.

Positive: The location, it was near the metro. The property is how it looks like in the photos. The bathroom is clean. The place is well maintained. The host was very responsive via email or messages via booking.com on all our concerns.

Negative: There were a few constructions going around so you can still hear some noises.

Complete fraud company. Do not give your property to Guestready for rental. They will cheat you. They will give you false projections and lie about the rental income. Not professional at all and will charge you fees for maintenance that they never do.

We rented an apartment in Dubai Marina. It was fantastic stay in a very good apartment in a super location. Everything is nearby - JBR beach, marina walk and lot's of supermarkets. All communication and arrangement was quick and good. Check-in and out was very convenient.

We booked an apartment in Dubai, managed by GuestReady, through Airbnb. It was very difficult to find the entrance to the building (not the apartment managers' fault), but once we were in, the check-in instructions were clear and helpful. Clean apartment that suited our needs well, and good communication from the host. Self check-in with a keysafe was a great idea, as it meant we didn't need to worry about our arrival time.

This property is amazing. Well based and the view is amazing.
Best way to travel if you wonder is I would suggest by UBER or by car depending of your preference. If you get the chance I recommend you to not hesitate and book the place. The host over all Is fantastic!

Perfect holiday home for a couple or friends. Super clean and 24 hours security. Loads of parking space outside the apartment - you do need a car to go around. Nice gym and swimming pool. Comfort bed and good air conditioning. Amazing host!

Had a great experience with them. The property we stayed in was representative of what was advertised online. Was given to us in a very clean condition at check in. We recently stayed at the room in Burj Vista. The room offers a spectacular view on the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. It is spacious, clean and provides all amenities you need. There is a direct connection to the Dubai Mall, but expect a little bit of walking. Close by you have a supermarket and a couple of restaurants if required. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Me, my sister and her Husband stayed at one of Guestreadys AirBNBs. The were very professional and gave us easy and clear instructions how to manage our stay. If we had any questions, they were quick to answer.

We rented the apartment located in Dubai marina, far up in one of the tallest and newest buildnings, the Address beach Resort Residence. We had a great view overlooking the blue waters Island, the jbr beach, the palm and even a glimpse of Burj al Arab.

The apartment was elegantly designed, tidy and spacious. We would love to stay there again.

I usually use the booking applications that are for international hotels; this happened to be my first experience via Airbnb and thankfully it has been with this amazing apartment.
The apartment is located in one of the most luxurious areas in Dubai that is close to all kind of required services and amazing view "looks exactly like the photos", yet the offered price is manageable considering the other options.
