NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER. THEIR RETURN POLICY IS NOT GOOD. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF STAFF. AT THE TIME OF GIVING SAMPLE THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU ANYTHING BUT WHEN YOU RETURN SAMPLE AND ASK FOR MONEY BACK THEY WILL TELL YOU THEIR POLICY IS THIS AND THAT. THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK.

The customer service in watsapp is so poor that I kept on chatting the contact number without a guidance. Eventually they sent me a contact number and never replied again to my chat.
The contact number was talking to me carelessly without helpful information. I switched to another supplier as a result, who knows better how to serve customers.
Bad experience.

In this highly competitive market, there are these people, who really don’t seem to be interested in business! Subtle response! Not willing to pursue! Attitude! Good for them

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! From phone to whatsapp, got to message them 1st to ask what I need and they just viewed my message and so I called, the guy on the phone sounded like he dont want to assist. And even told me to check with other shop instead.

POOR response from these guys.took the what's app no from google when we asked for the product response was too late and on call there staff was too rude and disconnected the call.we are supplier of airport safety items in east Africa and we don't recommend them because of rude behavior and poor knowledge

Cheap quality. Bought coveralls, safety helmet and safety shoes. The coveralls tore and the helmet broke in a day. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

I dont know who was the man who took the phone in reception. But while talking and me enquiring things he just closed the phone ask me to just send the mail.
That was really impolite and unproffessional.
